The name of the film is "saawariya"..another name for lord krishna.apart from the bluegreen peacock feather that he always wears..his skin tone is shown as greyblue(he is supposed to be of shyamal rang,dark-skinned)-hence the primary colour used in all the promos of sawariya.

atleast that is my inference..
