I agree. First they show that the "cure" for infertility is consummating your marriage. Now if she has a miscarriage (almost as an "undo" to their rushed pregnancy track) & then eventually if they show her going through treatment for infertility - it makes no sense bc this pregnancy would've been terminated not because of Ishita's inherent infertility but because of an external accident that could make any pregnant woman lose her child.

So with their current set up they have almost shown Ishita as never really having a problem bc (1) she got pregnant immediately with no medical intervention & (2) she lost her child due to an accident, not medical condition.

Now the only way to go back to the infertility track we all craved is if they show complications from this accident that would necessitate medical intervention to concieve. (And I'm not even going to bother talking about the Sautan surrogate route)

I feel so bad for the infertile women who watched the show because they felt Ishita's plight as the CVs have made a mockery of such a core topic of the show. It actually is so sad how poorly a female team treats a topic that was a tenant of the show.

Wow
i knew many ,along with me were unhappy with rushed pregnancy but its sad when this happens, also kind of realistic. just wish cvs didn't play with our emotions like this.

Divan will be brilliant,i can tolerate mu,emotional breakdown or anything else as long as there is no surrogacy.

Sorry to interrupt but if a woman already has complications and travels in a that causes a miscarriage! It does have to do with having problems with ones' pregnancy!

From what I understood, Ishita hurt herself as she came out of the bus, which is more likely to cause an miscarriage.

The majority of first trimester miscarriages occur due to chromosomal abnormalities of the fetus, teratogens, or structural anomalies of the reproductive tract (thinned uterus due to previous c-sections, a bicornate uterus, or an ectopic pregnancy bc the embryo didn't implant properly). While traveling may increase the stress load on the high risk pregnancy, most maternal fetal medicine doctors will allow them to travel unless they have specific issues such as pre-eclampsia or something that is emphasized to be high risk, which I did not pick up on from Dr. Manoj in the show. I am not refuting that traveling may increase the stress on a mother but I have personally seen high risk mothers travel until their mid-2nd trimester, but this may vary based on where you are in the world.

In Ishita's case it will be hard to differentiate if she had a spontaneous miscarriage due to her structural issue or the accident, but it is much more likely to be due to the accident bc why else would they show the accident? Most pregnant ladies, no matter the trimester, would have a high probability of losing their child if they were in an accident like Ishita's, especially if there is abdominal trauma. If she was to have a spontaneous miscarriage, it could happen anywhere or anytime during the trip. But here they choose to show this in conjunction with an accident, hence my linking of the two.

But I don't think this is worth exploring too much bc they rarely give much heed to medical fact. I didnt mean to upset anyone with my previous comment, but this is how I personally interpreted what they have shown of Ishita's pregnancy.
