Chapter 11 - Emotions Ruled
Seher threw the gun in her hand. Her face was red due to the anger, she was boiling in the fire of anger, pain, devastation and revenge.
"she is the bloody murderer. I hate her! I hate that woman from the bottom of my heart! I just want to kill her right now"Seher said gritting her teeth
Amanat walked towards her and placed his one hand around her shoulder and the other on her arms.
"Seher, relax"Before Amanat could say anything more, Seher gave him an unbelieveble look before shouting at him
"relax? You are telling me to relax, Amanat? I didn't expect this from you Amanat! That woman killed my parents and you are asking me to relax! How could you?"Seher said with a tinge of hurt in her voice
Amanat shook his head and tried to explain her - "Seher, listen to me first please"
"no way Amanat am no way going to listen any thing today! She killed my parents Amanat. I will not leave her"Seher was hysterias and was not reading to listen anything
Rehan keep on looking at her as Amanat tried to calm her down. He felt sad, sad to see her state and angry to know his own mother is the reason behind it.
Seher hold Rehan hands and plead him -
"Amanat, you claim to love me na? You said that you will be my side whatever happened then why are you asking me to relax today? Help me to get that woman punished Amanat"Amanat closed his eyes, regretting something. He then looked at Rehan with a pity. Rehan always gave him brotherly feeling, a brother that he want and today he know that he is hurt. He know that the person who hold many pains in his heart and still manage to smile is today very much in pain. But he himself is torn between Seher and him. He didn't knew whom to console first so he choosed Seher and thought to talk to him later in alone. He saw Rehan turning his back towards them and finally going away giving them their own space. He wished that Rehan would have tried to console Seher because he has seen the understanding between them and he feel that he can handle Seher more better than him.
Amanat turned his attention towards Seher who was angry and crying at same time. He know how she must be feeling to know that she has lost her chance to meet her parents because they are no more and the person who killed them is roaming around her happily.
"he left!"Amanat said softly
Seher looked at him confused to know what he is talking about.
"he left, Seher! And he is hurt too"Amanat told softly while he felt pain in his heart for the two best friends in his life
At first, Seher was confused of about whom is Amanat talking and then it struck her. Her eyes widened in shock and she looked around to find Rehan but found no one.
"Rehan?"Seher asked, her heart wanting to know where he left
"yes. He went away. Maybe because he couldn't see you in this state, Seher."Amanat told "that's why I was telling you to calm down. Because, Rehan too needed us, Seher. He is also hurt to know that her mother is muderer and seeing you in this state increased his guilt and pain"
Seher closed her mouth with her palm, understanding the gravity of situation. If she is hurt then he is too, he has went through so much due to his mother and now he knows that his mother is a killer too and seeing the girl breaking down for her parents who are killed by own mother hurts too much and guilt start eat the inside. And here they both are friends maybe more... They are best friends and seeing her breaking down due to his mother would have eat him alive.
Seher pressed her forehead -
"I should go to him" they both need each other
As Seher start to go, Amanat hold her wrist and nodded in no while Seher gave the why look
"gave him sometime. He need to be alone to digest all this. Let him spend some time with himself and then I will talk to him myself you don't worry"Amanat explained
"but he is my friend, Amanat! Why should I not worry? I can't let him be alone at this time."Seher said determined
"no Seher. He knows how much you are hurt and if you will go to him now consoling him then he will think you are showing sympathy to him and from the time I know him he is not someone to like sympathy. Let him cool his mind, I will talk to him and then you will talk to him not before"Amanat explained his thoughts
Seher stood in silence. Maybe Amanat is right! Rehan will not like if she go now, he will think she is showing sympathy and he don't like sympathy. She knows that very well.
Seher looked at Amanat and nodded. Amanat sighed in relief.
Rehan walked on the empty roads. His shoulders slumped and his head down.
Why? Why does all this happened with me? Why do my hopes break down? Why I have to collect these broken hopes? Why always me? Why life plays with me? Why fate didn't support me once? It gave me hope only to snatch it away in another second!
I thought my Ami is greedy. She is selfish. She just want money. She will do anything for it, she can snatch happiness but I never thought that she will k-kill for this money! How can she be so rude? So heartless?
Seher! The girl that touched my heart. The girl who brings smile on my face. The girl who gave me a brother and a best friend. The girl to whom I lost my heart. Yes, I fall in love with her but she can be never mine! What a game fate played with me. It make me a fall for a girl who is better than me. It make me fall for a girl who is already in love? Amanat loves her, she too loves him. And the biggest game fate played is she is the girl I can never have even if she was single because she will never accept me. How will she accept a boy whose mother murdered her parents! Which girl will accept it? Which girl will accept that boy?
He is a boy who may get sympathy but can never get love! Love has betrayed him long time ago. He can be never loved by anoyone. Never!The pain, the burdened in Rehan heart increased from time to time. He fall on his kness near a tree and shouted his heart out while tears ran down his eyes. The sky groaned and a clap of thunder was heared. The rain pour down in some moments. Rehan sat on the isolated road screaming his pain and crying his heart out with the clouds explaining his pain too.
Seher ran near the window that was clattering due to wind. She looked out at sky to see the thunder and black clouds covering it. She turned back to see Amanat and shook her head with pain written on her face.
"he is alone out somewhere! I am going to find him"Seher said in low tone
"but Seher"Amanat tried to argue
"I don't care what he think Amanat! All I know is he is alone and hurt and it is raining right now. I need to find him that's it"Seher said determined
Amanat looked down defeated.
Seher start to move out but stopped and looked at him -
"are you coming?"Amanat looked at Seher for a moment deciding something.
Seher drived the car on the lonely roads of Bhopal. The rain is pouring cats and dogs. With the passage of time Seher fear was increasing she hold her head while increasing the speed of car.
"Seher! Low the speed"Amanat said shocked
"not now Amanat! I need to find him. He must be here somewhere"Seher replied, her eyes hard and concentrating on road
Seher could hear Amanat saying something but she couldn't concentrate what? Her eyes stilled at one figure all drenched, sitting on his knees by the support of tree. She stopped the car with a jerk amlost giving heart attack to Amanat.
She came out the car ignoring Amanat's call for umbrella. She ran near Rehan and looked at him with pain. She could feel how broken he was unnoticed to his surroundings.
Amanat came out the car with umbrella and stood beside the car, looking at the two souls all broken.
Seher placed her trembling hands on Rehan's shoulder. Rehan was shocked to feel that touch. He knew who it was without turning. He frozed for the moment and then turned with jerk. Shock written all over his face. He look at her face all drenched with rain.
Seher gave Rehan her hand a silent support and nod her head. Like in a trance, Rehan hold her hand and stood up.
"Seher!"Rehan whispered
Hearing her name from his mouth, shook her more. She hugged him tightly without caring anything. Rehan stood motionless at the sudden hug but slowly he hugged her back. Seher stood in hug feeling his touch, telling her heart that he is okay. Seher broke the hug and looked at Rehan who looked confused.
Seher cupped his face as tears roll down her eyes mixing with the drops of rain.
"how can you do it? You know how scared I was? How can you just leave like that? I know you was hurt so I gave you space but I didn't gave you a certificate that you will stand in the rain without turning back to look at me, to look how scared I was for you. How can you do it Rehan?"Seher screamed her pain with so much care
Rehan looked down -
"I am sorry""sorry for what? You are not the son of that woman, she left you long time back! You didn't ask her to do anything then why are you sorry?? I never saw you as that woman son but as my friend"Seher told softly
Rehan looked at Seher and saw the care and affection in her eyes. Something that he always carved for and seeing it today in the love of his life, he lost himself.
The rain poured on the two soul lost in each other.
Amanat keep on looking at the two with a smile adoring his face.
"kabhi bhi do muhabbat karne walon kai romance mai tang nhy arany chahye but sorry guys I can't let you two stand in this heavy rain without umbrella. I have to break your guys moment so you both don't fall ill"Amanat talked to himself and walked towards them
Rehan and Seher were brought to the present when Amanat interrupted them. Rehan looked away seeing Amanat.
"what I am doing? Amanat and Seher loves each other! I can't come between them. I have to keep the distance from Seher"Rehan resolved not knowing what's gonna happened next
