Raman is a hot-tempered guy and that is prolly the biggest flaw he has. He speaks before he thinks and so the minute he saw Shagun getting off a 'golden car with a white num plate' (as described by Adi), he immediately took it to be Shagun who tried to knock Ishita off...he took it to be his ex-wife who wanted to harm Ishita's baby...He followed her in and called out to her...and blasted her before she could defend herself.
I know that Shagun was a WRECK and a WITCH before she turned into this epitome of sainthood, becoming an NGO worker and all...she was a woman who left a loving, loyal doting husband like Raman to lap up the riches of the world by hooking up with her husband's boss..a woman who abandoned her 3 month old daughter, taking along hr 6 yr old son and using him as a pawn against his own father again and again in the course of the last 6-7 years...not only that, she has never spoken or thought well of her ex-husband or his current wife...and tried time and again to break them apart. We have all HATED her with every fiber of our being. And though the 'transformation' that seems to have washed over her these past few days has been RIDICULOUSLY SUDDEN and UNBELIEVABLE no matter how ICKY and WEIRD it seems to us...fact remains that she HAS been wanting the best for Ishita, Raman and both her kids.
What I mean to say is - Raman is justified to berate her the way he did...BUT...in PRIVATE. The last time he saw her she was in an escort avtar, and the years of him knowing her haven't really shown her in the best possible light...so in his defense, she is still the same greedy adulterous woman who would do anything..just about ANYTHING for money...and yes, a man like Raman who has been stung again and again by this erstwhile bitch😆 does tend to get rankled and fly off the handle at the slightest provocation. But my deal is - Couldn't this have been done in private?? Yelling at her, and speaking to her so harshly before so many people...a hospital, no less was unbecoming of my fav YHM character😕 Even if we hypothesize that Shagun now works as an escort, it doesnt look nice to wash dirty linen in public...and more so, talk like that to the mother of his children...no, Im not being romantic...it just looked distasteful...because she kept standing there..defenseless, humiliated...and reduced to shreds by the caustic words of her ex-husband...I was really annoyed when he made that remark - yeh aurat paison ke liye kisi ke saath bhi...that was a really OFF-COLOUR remark😔
And as much as I adore Raman, it looks bad on HIM.
Manoj ke baare mein aur kya kahun?? He is SMITTEN with this woman...and to be fair, Shagun has told the plain unvarnished truth about herself and he ACCEPTED the same and STILL defends her...CLEARLY, Shagun's antecedents are of no particular importance to him..in a way its good because that gives Shagun and US closure from the murky tensed equation she has with Raman and Ishita...it kind of ends the chapter..and hence, I totally welcome the SECOND CHANCE Manoj wants to give Shagun..and now wants Raman to give Shagun as well...As I said, I care about IshRa relationship..and so anything that supports their bond and love is fine by me😛
However, the way Manoj went about explaining Shagun's acchhai made me cringe a lil bit.. "woh ek NGO ke liye kaam karti hain...aisi auraton ko iss daldal se nikaalne ki koshish mein lagi hui hai...yahan dilli mein woh ek kaam se aayi hain...woh GREAT hain" This last one was PARTICULARLY CRINGEWORTHY I am okay Shagun getting a second chance to redeem herself...but am clearly NOT OKAY with such words being used for her... Shagun and GREAT sound v v TACKY
And then he went on and on - agar Iishita ki pregnancy se kisi ko sabse zyada khushi mili hai toh woh Shagun hai...unke kehne pe hi main aapke ghar walon se mila...unhone din raat duayein ki hai ki Ishita ek maa ban paaye...jab use pata chala ki Ishita ji meri patient hain, toh usne mujhe apni jee jaan lagane ke liye keh diya unke case mein...yeh woh nahin hain jinke baare mein aap baat kar rahe hain...past ko bhool jayiye...yeh important hain ki aaj woh Iishita ji ka sirf bhala sochti hai...MY GOD! ITNI TAREEF! Mujhse hazam nahin hogi Why do CVs ALWAYS have to take the extreme route?? I mean, WHY does there have to a whiter-than-white and blacker-than-charcoal range of a character? Why cant it be balanced??
Needless to say, Raman looked around bashfully, unable to believe his ears...thinking in his head, "Shagun badal gayi hai" which sounded to me like, "Maharastra mein beef ban hat gaya hai"😆😆 dont ask me WHY I felt so. Ufff...please CVs...jitna marzi ShaNoj ki kahaani dikhao, magar please Shagun ki AUR tareef main bardaasht nai kar sakti
How come Raman didnt guess it COULD BE that swine Ashok?? After all, Ashok and he have been chaddi-buddies since the time Raman worked for him...😆😆 Im sure ek do aur episode mein Raman ko pata chal hi jayega...
Anyway, on the way back home Raman and Ishita discussed about it...Ishita looked JUBILANT...like Diwali mein iss baar ek ke jagah 4 din ki chhutti mil gayi..It looked so WEIRD..Like Raman and Ishita were parents to a spoilt brat dumped in a juvenile home, his treatment got over and he is now coming back a changed person😆😆 Cant complain...even Shagun looked like she was Ishita's wud be baby's godmother a few weeks ago😆
There was a cute lil scene in the car where Ishu wanted Raman to drive down to Dr. Batra's and find out why her appointments were being diverted elsewhere...Raman tried to desist her from doing the same, saying he had an important meeting to attend...his shifty eyes, naughty glint, cheeky grin and secret utterances under his breath made Ishu doubt there was something wrong😆 and then when she urged him to tell her, he confessed he had almost threatened Batra not to give her any appointment😆😆 KP luks like SUCH A KIDDO when he realises he is guilty of something...Ishu told him, "Raman...zara socho...agar duniya ki har pregnant aurat poore 9 maheene sirf aaram karegi toh woh pagal nai ho jayegi"😆 ..she says she will get depressed without having anything to do...and cajoles him to take her to the clinic...he complies bashfully😊 Raman is MADLY in love with her...Biwi usse kuch bhi karwa sakti hai😆
Ashok refused to pay his ex-driver the money promised..for his son's operation...and so the poor kid dies...the driver vows to avenge his son's death by probably toppling off Adi ..who he believes is Ashok ki 'aankhon ka tara'...HOW DO PEOPLE ASSUME SUCH THINGS?? I mean where is the logic? Khanna dumped his live-in partner of 6 damn years coz he was done playing around with her and felt she and her son were a baggage...and yahan pe the idiot driver is thinking he will chheeno Adi from Ashok, and make him realise how it feels to lose one's child. I'm like - W T F!😕 Kaun likhta hai script yaar?? Kaun??😆😆
Manoj bhi yahan pagal ho raha hai...Shagun yelled at him, asking him WHY he had to defend her.. "Shagun main yeh sab tumhare liye kar raha tha..." and then Shagun realised she has crossed the prime of her age and prolly would be called a tramp if she started dating ANOTHER new man just when she is being awarded accolades by her ex-hubby and his wife..and others...and so she says, "Stop RIGHT THERE. Hamara beech kabhi kuch nai ho sakta...aur aayenda iss baat ka zikr bhi mat karna"😆
She is TORN between the affection she is receiving from this really tall guy with decent looks and definitely good acting😆 but her andar ka swabhimaan is tokofying her, ki NAHIN. Already do do aadmiyon ki zindagi jhand kar di...ab AUR Nahin..and leaves the clinic🤣
Manoj is heartbroken...just days ago she was okay receiving puppiyan-shappiyan on her cheeks and today she categorically said NOTHING can ever happen between them!! It seems Sarika thinks she is the queen of the house or something...before leaving for college, she finds Lata absent...and asks Neelu regarding her whereabouts...she cribs saying, "Lata ko yaha MERE liye laaya gaya hai...aur woh yahan hai hi nai" Simmi hears this and clarifies that she saw Lata free so sent her down to get some medicines..and a tad bit irritated, she tries calling Lata back home...Sarika says, "rehne do na Simmi di...iss baat ka itna issue kyun bana rahi ho...waise bhi main college ke liye late ho rahi hun" and leaves...
Pray, if Lata is ONLY here to do HER work..then Neelu shouldn't touch ANY THING related to Sarika or her baby😡..she has already started throwing her weight around, thinking for some unexplained reason she deserves a privileged treatment or something...I wish instead of BHALLA ji, Toshi could've watched this scenario... Something tells me Sarika will create a big rift in Bhalla family soon...and she is also going to have problems with Ishita too...I bet😔
At the dinner table again Toshi makes an announcement, that since everything is pretty much settled in everybody's lives now, they should go on a trip and visit Mata Rani (I am assuming it means Vaishno Devi??)...after the initial hesitation from Ishita and Sarika's side, it is confirmed that they will all go on a trip...darshan of Mata Rani...bus ki booking bhi kar rakhi hai Toshi ne...I would've been damn excited, had the stupid Iishita-driving-the-bus sequence not been lined up in this track😕😡 I positively DREAD that scene
next morning the whole Bhalla family boards the bus...and like I said Mishra, Khanna's ex-driver, as per plan has decided he will destroy Ashok Khanna's happiness..what an idiot, I was thinking!😕
In the meanwhile Mishra's wife goes to thepolice station and reports that her son died the previous night, and in a fit of rage her husband set out to do something really horrible...ACP asked her a few questions..and then it tumbled out...that her husband took Ashok Khanna's name saying, he will snatch his everything from him...Like a duty-bound officer and a good Samaritan, ACP goes to meet Ashok and discusses the same...
Ashok racks his brains and realises Mishra is out to harm Adi...he askS ACP not to worry and says he must be prolly be back home now...ACP leaves...and Khanna gloats to himself, thinking Adi is in danger...this is like a perfect revenge for him without even having lifted a finger😡
PRECAP - When the Bhallas get down at some dhaba, he goes under the bus and tampers with the bus's brake...once the speed crosses 60kmp/h..the bus would start swerving...and the bomb would explode
For the life of me, I cant understand a man who didnt have enuff money to get his son's operation done and save his life, WHERE D F DID HE GET THE MONEY TO BUY A FRICKIN' BOMB?? And shouldn't he be trying to kill Ashok rather than Adi?? Despite Ashok saying Adi is past now?? CVs will NEVER answer these pertinent questions...WOE BE TO US😔 For the impending dreaded scenes ahead...
P.S. Shagun now has MANOJ who will do ANYTHING for her...and Raman and Ishita, her new admirers...So now, I can safely say Raman and Ishita and Shagun are members of M.A.S (Mutual Admiration Society)🤣I can only IMAGINE the tears of happiness during the surrogacy track😆
