Is it only me, or did anyone else find Jeetendra's attitude towards Mika when he asked him to speak in punjabi a bit rude. I know he is a respectable actor, but I think either he could have spoken punjabi for the sake of respecting Mika's request or responded back to him in a better way. Also, Jeetendra mentioned that it is a "hindi show" hence he will be speaking in hindi. I did not see him mention that when other were speaking in Gujarati, Bengali, etc. This is my opinion, regardless I found a bit rude and ill-mannered, especially coming from a respectable actor.

I thought Mika was rather impertinent and rude by asking Jeetu ji to speak in Punjabi....

It is a Hindi show.... and saying a couple of lines in another language does not divert it from the main language, but Mika told him, that since he is a true Punjabi, he should speak to him in Punjabi..

I applauded Jeetu ji's handling of the situation, by politely telling him off in Punjabi.

I agree with Greatmaratha - I found Mika's persistence for Jeetendra speaking Punjabi because he's a TRUE PUNJABI extremely rude.

Kudos to Jeetu ji for handling it well !

On the other hand I feel Mika was the man with an attitude and a bad one at it! Agreed that Urmila spoke in other languages...but of her own accord, not because someone else persisted. Mika had no business interrupting and then commanding Jeetuji to speak in Punjabi!

And what kind of a statement was that ...'gane mein sabko uta uta ke maroonga'. Geez the guy sure needs to come down to earth and maybe participate in a singing competition the next time round to prove his point. Bet he will get his hiny kicked there, with a fair voting system ( he is known for buying his own votes anyways! 😆 )

I agree with you .

Jeetuji's expressions revealed, he did not like Mika. That's fine,we all have our tastes but as a judge, he should not let those emotions rule him , he should be fair & focus on his talent only as required by the show.

Requesting to talk in Punjabi is not rude at all, mika was trying to build a positive ambience , that's all, jeetuji could have obliged.

Many people are saying it was rude of Mika to have to insisted that Jeetendra speak in Punjabi, but he did not insist, he requested and thats all. Whether or not others spoke on their accord in other languages, I found it quite rude that he just told him off. And if it is a hindi show then well all should speak in that language and not specifically mark off one particular language, yet let other be spoken.
