I don't think Shramishtha will ask Swara and Sanskar to get married in front of everyone.

In yesterday's episode, she made her mom ( Dida) realize that how Dida got her married to a person whom she never loved and that led to her divorce. Her concern for Swara is to get married to a person whom she loves, since Lakshya is married to Rags now, she wants Swara to not do such fake acts of marriage and take a break and move on in her life. She doesnt even want Swara to worry about getting her and Shekhar together as she has accepted the way of her life and has no complaints ( may be she is wiser and understands that staying alone and away from laloo Shekhar and negative in laws is the best).

However, I agree with your prediction to some extent that some incidents or circumstances may led to turn this fake marriage to real marriage.
