Yup! If Dev and Sneha weren't divorced then Rishi and Sneha 'a marriage virtually never happened lol !

dev and sneha's marriage would be legal if the had signed the marriage certificate, no? from sneha's story, i think they just got married in a mandir because the couldnt wait to do THE DEED but when sneha married rishi, it's probs a court one to ensure rachita got a father's name
