He could have waited for another one week as fans were expecting him to be back shooting only by then. That would have given enough time for the Creative's to lure the viewers to watch S2. I don't think PH or Channel has anything to do with Parth's decision to stay quiet. If it would have been then they would have told him to stay quiet for few more days.

I agree to your point ...but there were other issues also regarding his quitting...they gave us bad epi and editing was pathetic since last few weeks..they never cleared anything keeping everything on a lurch and encouraging us to trend

The fact is Parth quit the Show August 2nd week. But the Show was dragged to another 2 weeks because of which they had to use old scenes, filler episodes and even body double. They should have wrapped it up by 2nd week end itself. They had more than a month to work on the script and give the show a logical ending, but they did not do that. Parth is no where responsible for the CV's messing up the finale week.
I don't think the Channel asked anyone to trend. It was the fans who did it on their own when they came to know that Parth may not be part of S2. If I was handling the Channel PR, then I would also have kept quiet even if I know the actor is not part of S2. Why leave the publicity when you are getting it for free? That is how big organizations work.

Channel/CVS neither said tht we would get happy ending for Manan in s1 or they will kill Manik.. it was all media speculation. its very clear from all promos tht CVS wanted to keep the suspense intact. why will they disclose this when they know very well tht will affect TRP badly. so they had to try their best to keep this suspense intact. and abt ending the show, giv me an example where channel ended a no 1 show. its business for them after all. and for other actors its their bread n butter.n for Niti, she is no doubt very good actress. but wht is the guarantee tht her next show will be as successful as KY2 is. so taking a new show is also a risk. rt? there r so many examples of such instances. so why not taking a risk with KY2. we don't know wht channel/PH offered her for S2. It can be something different thn wht she portrait in s1.
As for Manan, like many other I got my closure in s1 and don't want to invest in S2 as long as I'm convinced there is good story line.
but the reason for my post is, if Parth can move on for his brighter future without bothering abt the show, then other also can continue with the show if they want to.
