Will Shagun be surrogate mother of Ishita's baby?

The doctor said Ishita can conceive but cant carry the child so will it be Shagun who will carry Ishita's child without her knowledge as she is known as Ruhi now!

I think Ekta will do it yet again after Kasauti Zindagi Kay--- Kasak her sis and her hubby (dont remember names)
