CHAPTER:16
next day zoya had her bags packed and asad, dilshad and najma were standing there.
dilshad: zoya jana zarori hai kiya?
(zoya is leaving necessary?)
najma joined dilshad.
najma: haan zoya kuch din aur ruk jao na.
(yaa zoya, live a few days more.)
while asad looked at her and was about to say something but then looked down, clearly not able to stop her infront of her mother and sister. zoya was aware of this and thus smiled at his shyness.
zoya: najma, mera jana waqai zaroori hai aur phir mei kafi din yahan stay ker chuki hoon.
(najma, its really important for me to leave and now i have lived here more than enough.)
dilshad: tumhara jana zaroori hai tu mein nahi rokoon gi lekin tum jab chaho wapis aa sakti ho.
(if its necessary then i wont stop u but u can come here whenever u feel to.)
zoya: thank u so much.
zoya hugged njama and dilshad and asad assisted her to the car.
now that asad and zoya were alone. asad was not shy and quickly took her into a tight hug and said.
asad: i will miss u.
zoya smiled and said: i will miss u too.
zoya sat in the car and driver drove off while asad stood in his car porch watching her leave.

asad went to the office and got to know that the company he sued has inturn sued the delaying actress while asad is least interested. he is further told that today afternoon is the first hearing of this case. asad says that some representatives of this company should be there hence he appoints few responsible persons for this task.
asad instructs them to handle it this on their own.
asad sits on his seat and on the TV.

on the other hand zoya reached her home and she gets to know that with the help of the appointed lawyer u were not arrested but will have to attend the court hearing. she is further told that the main reason for the company to sue u was that the company itself is sued by the contracted company. zoya ask which company, and she is told the company name which is DILSHAD COSTRUCTION COMPANY. and zoya nearly shouts "what?"

asad on the TV gets the news that Qureshi and Ahmed's advertising company sued the modeling and acting star ZOYA FAROOQUI. and asad spits the sip of coffee he was going to take and stands in shock, the report further states the involvment of Dilshad Construction Company in it too but its not confirm.
asad: no..no..no... this cant happen.
then he gets the full clear image that why zoya wanted to leave all of a sudden and she talking about separation and all.
he quickly gets into action and immediately calls the person who was handling this case.
asad: mei chahta hoon k Q&A advertising company pe jo case hai wo wapis le liya jaye...abhi..
(i want the case to be retrieved that is on Q&A advertising company... now..)
Asim: sir, ye nahi ho sakta, sari formalities ho chuki hai aur..
(sir this is not possible, all the formalities are done and..)
asad: and?
asim: aur hearing start honay mei sirf ghanta reh gya hai...
(and only one hour is left in court hearing.)
and then he heard the breaking news about the arrival of zoya farooqui in the court. he was hell shocked to see his zoya in trouble. he ran pushing asim from his way and he ran like a mad lion. only one thing was on his mind, ' i wont let anything happen to u zoya i am coming...plz hold on.'

zoya was bombarded with thousands of questions outside the court and it was becoming difficult for her to move due to increasing crowd. her body guards were unable to guard her. and then a familiar touch caught her attention , it was asad who was here to guard her. suddenly the passage was becoming clear and zoya was only looking at asad while asad was clearing the way and was covering her like a cage so that nobody can touch her, today he didnt care what media will cook from this scene or what everybody else will think, he was here for his zoya.
when they crossed the crowd and finally got a place to talk, asad held her from her shoulders and shook her.
asad: aap kiya ker rahi thi... aur mujhay kyon kuch nahi bataya.
(what were u doing... and why didnt u told me anything.)
zoya was like surprised because he in first place was responsible for all this but now she was having a feeling that he didnt knew anything.
zoya: mr.khan aap hi ne...
(mr.khan u ur self..)
asad understood what she was trying to say so he left her and said.
asad: haan mei ne hi case kiya tha but mujhay nahi pata tha k aap hi wo actress hai, aur phir unn dinoo aap koi kaam bhi...
(yes i filed a case but i didnt knew that u were that actress, and then those days u were not doing...)
asad remembered that she was not doing any work during the stay she had in his house,she was not going on any shoot or anything like that, he thought that its not possible that she was on leave for soo long. he now was clear that because she was staying in his house she was deliberately not going on work due to odd hours of work. he turned to her for an answer.
asad: ms.farooqui...
zoya knew what he was thinking and turned her face away. asad made her look at him but she kept her eyes away from his.
asad: ms.farooqui aap ne ye sab kyon kiya, kyon humaray liye khud ko takleef di.
(ms.farooqui why did u did this, why u made ur self suffer for us.)
zoya after a silence answered.
zoya: kyon k mei janti hoon k ye shareef gharanoo k rules nahi hotay.
(because i know that these are not the habits of respectable homes.)
asad cupped her face and said.
asad: meray liye aap se ziyaada aur koi shareef nahi, aap jaisi hain mujhay qubool hai.
(for me nobody is more respectable than u, i accept u as what u are.)
zoya looked in his eyes, which has only belief and faith for her.
shifa came and informed them that hearing is about to begin.
zoya looked at asad again who said her with whole confidence.
asad: kuch nahi hoga aap ko.
(nothing will happen to u)
and then zoya smiled with teary eyes and nodded in yes.
zoya leaves with shifa and asad saw them leaving.

ayaan on the other hand is not able to do anything.
aslam: ayaan meri maan tu hum bhib case wapis le laitay hai.
(ayaan listen to me and we should take the case back too.)
ayaan: nahi yaar kuch aur raastah zuroor ho ga.
(no, there must be someway other.)
aslam: nahi hai koi aur rastah, agar tu ney case wapis na liya tu to zoya ki nazroon mein gir jaye ga, aaj nahi tu kal ussay iss company k owners ka pata chaley ga hi, aqal issi mei hai k hum abhi k liye pichey ho jaye, baad ki baad mei dekhi jaye gi.
(no there is nothing else we can do, if u didnt took ur case back then u will became bad in the eyes of zoya, not today but tomorrow or someday she will came to know of the owners of this company, at this time benefit is only in taking the case back, then tomorrow will be seen tomorrow.)
ayaan looked at him with rethinking look. and then finally agreed to his statement.

in the court zoya is sitting with shifa and after that asad comes and sits besides her. first there waas the hearing between the two companies then the was the hearing of zoya's case. the judge come and all stands in his honor.
judge orders to proceed the case and asks to insure that all the concerned parties are present.
asad's lawyer in formed asad's presence in the court but no one was present from Q&A side.
judge said that the presence is important then from behind aslam comes and stands at the court door apologizing for delay and intoducing his presence on the behalf of ayaan. asad is shocked to hear his name while zoya is unaware that ayaan is the name of asad's brother.
asad looks at aslam and stands as he knows him as ayaan's best friend but aslam crosses him ignoring his presence. asad is surprised at this cold behavior of his.
the judge ask him with which reltion u have come to support this compy. he moreover asks for his employ letter or anything whih will proof his relation with this ompany on which slam explain.
aslam: mera naam aslam qureshi hai aur mei iss company k 50% owner ka beta hoon.
(my name is aslam qureshi, and i am the son of 50% owner of this company.)
he forwards his ID card to prove his identity.
judge then allows him to represent this company. judge asks to proceed the case.
asad told his laywer something,
asad's laywer: my lord meray client Asad Ahmed Khan apna ye case wapis laina chahtey hain.
(my lord my client Asad Ahmed Khan wants to take back his report.)
zoya looked at asad and he smiled to assure that evrything is going to be fine.
judge: ye koi mazaq nahi hai k jab dil chaha kais ker diya aur jab dil chaha case wapis le liya.
(this is no joke that whenever u feel u file a case and whenever u feel u take it back.)
aslam's lawyer came forward and asked the permission to call asad for some question. when he is granted permission asad comes.
aslam's lawyer: mr. khan kyon ek dum aap ne case wapis lainay k barey mei sooch liya.
(why mr.khan u suddenly took the decision to take back ur filed case.)
asad: mujhay ab uss company se koi bhi tahafozaat nahi hai.
(i have no problem with that company anymore..)
aslam's lawyer: ab nahi hai? matlab pehlay thy, mei jaan sakta hoon kyon?
(not anymore? that means u had before, may i know why?)
asad: jee nahi... mei keh chuka hoon k mujhay ab uss compaay se koi problem nahi.
(no... i have said already that i have no problem with that company anymore.)
aslam's lawyer: phir bhi kuch tu...
(then even something...)
asad's lawyer: i object ur honor, jab meray client case wapis le chukay hai tu phir meray dost waqeel kyon na munasib mahool banana chah rahay hai.
(i object ur honor, when my clint has taken his case back then why my friend lawyer is creating an unpleasant atmosphere.)
judge: objection sustained.
asad's lawyer: thank u my lord. mujhay lagta hai k jab meray clent ne case wapis le liya hai tu ab kuch baqi nahi rehta...thats all.
(thank u my lord. i think when my client have taken the case back there is nothing left now..thats all.)
judge: ye addalat, dilshad construction company k owner asad ahmed khan k case wapis lainey per Q&A advertising company ko bina kisi penalty k charge se bari kerti hai...ye adalat do ghtay ki break k bad wapis lgay gi.)
(this court, on the statement of asad ahmed khan the owner of dilshad construction company leaves Q&A advertising company with no charge and penalty...this court will be set agai fter the break of 2 hours.)
asad came to zoya and she hugged him.
