Good Universities in Mumbai/Delhi?

Hey all!

I live in the United States, and i am a Senior in high school. So I've been thinking about college. I really want to go to India and do my college there. Does anyone no any good and prestigious universities in Mumbai or Delhi? That i could think about going to. I have done a little bit of research on Rai University International. Does anyone no about it?
