vishakpatnam class destroyers.
these are the most advanced class of destroyer being manufactured by India.
they are similar in design with kolkata class destroyer but with advanced features.

but I prefer frigate over a destroyer .frigates are light weight and faster over destroyer.
but corvette are the fastest.

this corvette are lightest and stealth.

they played very important role in 1971 indo pak wars.
4 ships in two missions with perfect timing crippled Pakistan navy and economy from which Pakistan is yet to recover.

I think vishakapatnam class will escort vishal along 17 a frigates with aridhman to follow up.
but I don't know which will act as utility ship.

shakti and dipak both are escorting viraat and vikramaditya.
if virat retire it may go for vikrant.
I hope they bring one more bigger fleet tanker for vishal
