Raghav Singhania :a lonely boy who grew up to seek avenge from Kapoors for destroying his father's reputation in the business world and forcing his mother to murder his father. He is a man of means, passionate and dark!
Gauri Singhania: A doctor by profession who was sentenced jail on route to mental asylum for murder of her husband as she was discover by a servant over her husband's dead body. She was remembered as a sweet, giving soul who later was driven to insanity due to financial crisis was what the papers reported.
Mr.Singhania: A kind yet intelligent business man in the construction business. He was known for equality and respecting everyone. He was found dead, some claim it was suicide others mercy killing. Somehow the company went bankrupt and their largest project building faltered to ground killing or claiming to kill 3 innocent workers.
Mr. Kapoor: He is bald, toady sycophant until the day Mr. Singhania died next thing he is the big shot of the construction business.
Neetu Kapoor : one time poor who got married to a rich guy due to her looks. In reality, she fairly accused Mr. Kapoor that in drunken state they had sex and the result was growing in her stomach. Not wanting to lose his at that time wrecking company he married a woman who has a selfish heart and evil soul.
Prem Kapoor : He is a tyrant who knows he got money and likes to spend it on his 3 favorite things(booze,cars and girls) . His mission is to be a rebel and attain things that aren't his. With little or no interest towards business unless it gets about his ego. Recently, he spend 30 days training for horse riding since someone challenged h he couldn't but his stubbornness got him a gold medal at the next race...or was the race paid off???
Paakhi Kapoor : The light of shine of her dad,raised by Kaamla(baii) when Neetu was busy partying. She enjoys the fact she is rich but does not spend lavishly...adored her elder brother...It seems she has a glass house which contains in her world the perfect family of her dad who spoils her, her brother who indulges her with gifts and Kaamla Ma for her unconditional love...her life is perfect with them and nothing or no one will she let to steal that away from her...
Kaamla Ma: she is a mother and mother of all...she loves to give advice that she doesn't follow through...yes she believes in educating girls close to home yet she send away her own daughter so she won't be distracted in chawl...she admits her son to school so he can at least work as a post man when he grows up but her daughter has to fulfill the dreams she had...she wanted to run her business but due to lack of funds, education and motivation she never fulfilled her dreams. Some may say she is selfish but she has such a loving heart that people around her forgive her but she never realizes the only person she hurts the most is her own daughter...
Vitthal Yadhav: He is a loving husband and father...as much as he loves his daughter, his wife's vow has stopped him from visiting his daughter's hostel. He can't argue with anything after feeling like a failure when his first business deal with Mr. Singhania falters...he feels he failed his daughter but talking to her on phone, her maturity and the love and respect he sees in his son's eyes...pops any such thoughts...
Pakhya aka Prakash Yadhav: He is the monkey of the house, he keeps everything light and pleasing between teasing his sister and parents...he long understood his life would be great as a clerk, a 9-5 working guy...with a small family is all he ever wanted in life but filling every moment of everyone around him with happiness is what really aspired him ...
Kalpana aka Kalpi Yadhav : grown to be a beautiful,intelligent woman with impertinence and sarcasm pouring out of her. She hates to backdown and will win anything she sets her mind to with her merit of hard work and dedication. She was admitted in the hostel in Panchgani since her mother thought staying away from family will keep her motivated ...she found love and affection here more than she even received from her own mother...the head principal Neelum Kumar gave her that .she was Kalpi's biggest supporter, and it was due to Kalpi's and her collaboration they expanded the school and making it the best in all of India. Neelum became Kalpi's fairy god mother and even adopted Her namesake-Ly ...Kalpi considered hostel her home and the only person she missed was her brother and father...
Rahul Malhotra: fun loving guy...Kalpi 's best friend in the whole world...he is rich but was sent away by his stepmom...Kalpi and him shares a special bond...how in the next chapter!!!
He is a player but dare anyone look or talk about Kalpi in that way ...he would beat blue and black ...
Mr. Malhotra:after losing his wife when Rahul was 6...he was heartbroken and remarried for Rahul but the conniving Mohini Malhotra convinced him to send Rahul away as he needs to grow up and accept business responsibilities of the media industry
Samar aka Sammy Raizada: grew up in California...blessed with loving parents who took Raghav under their wings when Sammy introduced them ...Sammy being the only child was lonely and Raghav became his big brother , his confidant , his 5am friend..he knew as much Raghav pretend to be happy with them there was a wall that kept him at bay...that for him to attain happiness Raghav had to seek vengeance...
