Yay - another awesome episode! And this time we get to see a Radhika perspective!! Sorry today my thoughts are quite scattered and all over the place so i won't be too articulate.
Anyway, before I begin, some odd things i want to point out:
1) Sam's dress - what was that?! why was there a knot down by the bottom of skirt haha. as you will see in my post, I wanted to tie the other side so she could trip đ2) wedding gifts!? high society people give the wedded couple teapot, nightie, shawl, towel etc LOL ... maybe BS hires people at minimum wage, hence the bizarre gifts, hahaaa omg.. wonder what the ppl of Hrishikesh give for gifts.. maybe cows and sheeps ( which has more value )?3) Piyali's monotone voice - it was just so static to hear her speak today yup
Neil proved once again why he is the nicest guy on this show! Like we have mentioned before, the only reason he deserves to have Sam as his partner is because he LOVES her completely and he should get what he wants in life.true he loves her for what she is,, the good, the bad and the ugly đ Neil was absolutely correct in telling Sam that she ended up losing her own self respect with all her theatrics to insult Radhika. Quiet honestly, no one watching the debacle would have blamed Radhika on why Arjun chose her over Sam! Today everyone witnessed it (even if that wasn't the real reason). That whole dialogue about clothing and respect at the end ... the sum of it all was that she went overboard with everything and took off everything (even items she shouldn't have like her own 'izzat') in her attempt to insult Radhika publicly.
It makes sense how dumb Piyali is ... look at Sam and Manya - apples didn't fall far from the tree. This is the same person who blamed and hated her own daughter for her son's death; and to this day has no clue her husband had an affair! But i was so glad that Radhika came prepared! And I loved Neil backing her up, saying "Chashni rehne do, koi jaane ki zaroorat nahi hai". There were only 4 professional people in Bird Song today: Radhika, NEil, Arjun & Samrat! Rest were either mute spectators or just 'mean girls'. I don't know why the mom-daughter duo forgot that it takes 2 to tango!Oh well, i loved how miffed they were when Radhika responded to them with her intellect!! I was cheering Radz here .. đ
Ok, how many here wondered why Radhika didn't tell Neil anything!?!!? Any guesses? Here is my thought - she is no longer on mission "save Sam"! It's all about her hubby now... She was protecting Arjun today. totally agree,, she has to save his image. she can no longer taint his reputation for Nandu. Remember my comments over the weekend, how her conversation and all the recent happenings changed Radhika's perspective on everything. Today we witnessed exactly that. All she wants now is for Arjun to let go of hatred and revenge. Think about it - if Radhika tells Neil everything, no matter how nice a guy he is, he would have definitely gone after Arjun for hurting Sam. However, Radhika knows the real culprit is Nandini and Neil wouldn't understand why her husband is not to be blamed completely. I think her showing up at BirdSong has less to do with Sam and in fact everything to do with said husband. Radhika truly believes that Arjun needs a strong support system, an unconditional love and trust coming from an honest place in heart, to keep all his darkness at bay. Hence she will be at BS by his side!
Did anyone notice Arjun's expression when Radhika told everyone she has ALWAYS been between him and Sam?! He was the only one who understood the real truth in that statement, his expression was in complete agreement with her. What happens after this... it was something very little like (almost blink and miss) but equally important in my opinion. Right after Radhika uttered that comment, everyone walked away including Arjun ... and the next scene we see Arjun WITHOUT the 'tilak' by Nandini! He removed it on his own... he was back being Radhika's husband, the real Arjun! I would like to think that was little detail on director's part to let us know that Arjun is slowly shedding his layer of hatred (Nandini's venom). Until he had that symbol of Nandini's ashirwaad, Arjun did everything she asked him to, but as soon as Radhika is around him, he doesn't want that 'ashirwad' anymore, his conscience and soul awakens around his wife!
The last part... sigh ... i am so going to miss these two! After noticing the removal of tilak, I just knew Arjun will be gentle this time with Radhika, and not a jerk yelling at her like before (even if it was for her own good, lol). That entire dialogue-bazi (and the closing in of distances) by Arjun & Radhika had so many double meanings attached to it - i was literally in an OMG OMG OMG hysteria! Hahaaa ... but the essence of the entire scene is that these two are the perfect match. They do everything in life with the same amount of fervor and confidence - equal to each other in every sense! And that last comment by Arjun was a dare to Radhika. Though flustered in that moment, she will take him up on that dare because just like Arjun, our gutsy Radhika never backs down from her 'laksh'!
Aside from everything, I think we all know that had Radhika responded with a YES to Arjun's "dekhaon Radhika", this guy would have kissed her then & there yup I was disappointed to hanky panky đĄ, and taken her straight home for the SR, LOL!!! I swear there was so much sexual tension in that scene ... I wish Nandini was there to witness the lion and lioness prowling over each other, hahaa!
Alright guys until tomorrow... I may not be able to update my thoughts quickly - i am moving to my parent's place for a few days as my dad is going through minor surgery tomorrow. good luck to dad.
Ciao! great post

It was an "in your face" moment, lol. Priceless! The last part... sigh ... i am so going to miss these two! I read ur analysis daily and love them.I never knew tat u give analysis on the threads otherwise have checked earlier also .Came to know abt tat later.Do u read my analysis. Its been abt 10 days tat I am giving tat on main pages.U have got amazing writing skill.Did u send ur ending tracks to cvs when they asked for it?For me also highlight of episode was the last part.I have also mentioned in my post abt the double meaning thing bu didn't see anyone mentioning tat.so was confused tat if only I felt so. Thanking u for leering me know tat I am not alone in this.I also feel Arjun and radhika complement each other so well. Both are determined, loyal,do anything for their respective interests.I love everything abt this pair.Never seen such a pair in recent times.Radz has the guts to face Arjun. Its also true tat she is unaware of his love angle but when she realises it it will be a treat to watch for.Eventhough Sam is modern ,smart etc I always find her immature and impulsive( not in a good way) and driven by emotions. She is not strong emotionally and mentally. She always need a shoulder to cry on be it her paa or Neil? But radz is so strong emotionally and mentally and even stronger than Arjun as far as truth is concerned.Tat makes her hero not heroine. She is never affected by Nandus tricks, plans,Sarals cheapness,Arjuns hatred and manhandling.Ya it's true tat she is affected by her family's love and sometimes by Arjuns closeness too.She herself doesn't know wat is happening to her at tat time tat she looks puzzled and confused. It will be interesting to watch radz realising its love . but with time constraint I don't know how are cvs planning for realisation.Hoping best from cvs coz tat is the only thing tat we are able to do now.Once again great analysis. And all the best for ur dad.If u want to Pls reply me in my post so tat I won't miss ur reply coz if u post here it will be difficult for me to c tat.Originally posted by: esprit_00
