When Ishita was questioned about her inexperience, 3 people stepped in to help her who has no connection to the company till date except being the relatives of the owner.
But the person - Mihika who is an employee of the company is totally out of the scene. Raman was also shown hiring few of his old friends, where have they vanished ?
Secondly, I never knew that a person who is hospitalised is cut off from his own business. In fact Raman is being shown as if he doesn't care about the business at all as he is not worried about the contract at all that too when this contract is so important for his business which is fresh and he is also in a financial doldrums. To show Ishita as Mahaan the CV's have butchered Raman's character. He was a workaholic and called for files even after his tooth surgery, such a person now not involved in business at such an important juncture is so out of character and logic.
I would not say that Ishita cannot handle the business but the truth is to finish such a big contract one needs knowledge which she will acquire only after working in this field for few months. I wish CV's could have shown this track in a little practical way by showing that Ishita did work but it was under Raman's guidance. She is the voice of the decisions while Raman still called the shots rather than Ishita handling all thing in a superwoman way.
