Okay! So as I watched the episode and realized the CVs used to the tried-and-tested horrible "just missed each other" formula so that Mantu and Amaya do not meet and Mantu does not get to know that Amaya tried her best to come to the pooja, I decided I won't waste my time reviewing this episode. It simply wasn't worth my time and effort if the CVs are going to play with our emotions so. I swear I was just going to post how angry I was that the CVs were turning this Ito a typical Ekta Maiyya-ish show where the leads stay apart for the most inane of reasons and be done with it. The only reason I'm writing this review though is because of the precap. And I will get to that.

I skipped through Uma's scenes because it's practically unbearable to see her on screen without wanting to strangle her, skin her alive, roast her, throw her off a cliff and drown her to death before feeding her to the vultures! *phew* I really need to get that out of my system! I don't think I've ever felt such powerful hatred and homicidal ideation towards a fictional character ever. Normally, I'm pretty good at looking things from a story perspective and realize that villains are necessary to move the story forward. And I am sure the same tactics and dialogues that Uma uses have been used by almost all the third wheels in the love stories of Indian TV.. But somehow, this just makes me so freakish mad. Maybe because the show started off with such promise of being different but is now doling out the same crap that's being shown in any other show.

Anyways, Amaya gets into the accident and I am more or less sure the other party and even the police involved were hired by Uma's chamcha. If the person agrees to pay you in full for the damage, you don't snatch their purse and phone away. And what kind of cop says, you can't get your purse and phone back unless you come to the police station. With all due respect, since when does the police agree that the other party confiscating your purse and phone is a reasonable way to go about solving an accident (a rather minor one at that)? Is that the law of the land now? I haven't lived in India for quite some time now so anyone want to enlighten me on that?

Anyways, Amaya, who has turned into a full fledged soap queen, asks the police to keep her belongings and flees the scene and of course the police just watch her run away. And she runs to the temple by foot. Wouldn't it have made sense for her to get a rickshaw. Once she got to the pooja she could ask the rickshaw to wait and then have Uma pay the fare for her 😉. Her promise was to not let Mantu know of her love. She could surely tell him she got into an accident on her way to the temple and got delayed. Saying that in no way let's him know she loves him. And this is where I've lost my love for Amaya's character. She was supposed to be sensible. Spoilt, yet sensible and smart. Banaras ke hawa paani mein aisa kya hai ki she seems to have lost her brains completely? So instead of doing the sane, sensible thing, Amaya demonstrates her marathon running skills only to reach the temple as Mantu is leaving.

And I lost my love for Mantu a little too today. He was mopping around. He sensed Amaya's presence, he heard her calling out to him as he left in the auto and yet he let Uma manipulate him. Never once did he ask Uma to just shut up and let him be. He didn't question her when she kept asking the auto driver to drive faster and faster. Why was she in such a hurry to get them out of there? I know Mantu was upset but why couldn't he have yelled at Uma just once? On behalf of all us viewers who have much more violent things in mind as to what we want to do to her? Even Chiklu was looking at Uma weirdly as if wondering what has possessed her and why she was being such a raving maniac. But Mantu doesn't see it. He simple doesn't!

GC turns up to chaperone the girls. Chides Rachita for letting Amaya go to the temple. And then goes to pick her up. Of course Rudra manages to bribe a Pandit and have him create a scene about Amaya not serving the food properly. GC throws in his taunts too and just for a second, I felt bad for Amaya.

But then, she goes home, clutches onto that dress she wore the night of the reception and Mantu's dad's watch and cries buckets about how she is bound by her promise and can't even tell him she came to the pooja and I lost all sympathy for her.

On the other hand, Uma spews more venom into Mantu and Mantu, who seems to have been possessed by the soul of a desi soap queen, cries some more and mops around. Till anger gets the better of him and he texts something to Amaya.

Now for the precap - I guess Mantu asks Amaya to return his dad's watch and maybe the dress too since he means nothing to her now and Amaya goes to his house at night to return the stuff. Now, if they don't have a proper conversation and confrontation tomorrow, I swear I'm going to be so done with this show! If Amaya walks away without saying anything, I want Mantu to grab her and pin her against the wall and tell her he won't let her go till she tells him the truth. If Amaya walks away still, I will have zero feelings left for Amaya's character and I wouldn't be surprised if Mantu does too. And if Amaya walks away and Mantu let's her go without saying or doing anything, I'll be done with Mantu's character too. Then I will give up on the show, and just read written updates for the sake of the times when I'd actually loved it till I can't even do that anymore. That'll be it. So CVs, Mantu, Amaya - please please please end the torture and have the story move forward tomorrow. Since Indian soaps are all about glorifying the female lead and her sacrifices, I don't have a lot of hope that Amaya will cave in. I do hope though that as we have seen before with Mantu sneaking into her room at night and almost confessing at the pooja, that Mantu is so desperately and hopelessly in love, he might cave in and break his promise to Uma and confess to Amaya that he loves her. I don't mind it even if he does it in a fit of rage and and says but now it's all over coz I know I have no value in your life or whatever so Amaya can let go of her silly promise and woo Mantu back!

The only way I see Amaya caving is if she feels she has lost the bet to Uma and she thinks what's the point to this anyways and tells him the whole truth. Whichever way it happens, I want the truth to come out tomorrow. If not, like I said, it'll be adios amigos from me at least for a while till the story gets lovig forward.

Thanks for the review.
It was an emotional episode. By the end of the epi I was speechless for a while, except for the times I wanted to reach inside my TV and strangle Uma!

I'm not getting my hopes up for tomorrow. They'll most likely break our hearts. But the only thing I'm clinging on to now is the wish Amaya will get upon returning the watch. I really hope this wish will make them open up about their love. I'm just glad she's returning the watch now and not later or something when her wish would most likely be some sort of sacrifice for Uma or GC.

The most irritating way of ruining a story. Hit and Miss! I'm now trying to find how RS and EK are different :(
How is Mantu getting so dumb!
How could Uma be so selfish!! This is not love, its pagalpan and certainly not in a good way!
The precap is like the only ray of hope left for tomorrow.

I skipped through Uma's scenes because it's practically unbearable to see her on screen without wanting to strangle her, skin her alive, roast her, throw her off a cliff and drown her to death before feeding her to the vultures! *phew* I really need to get that out of my system! Uma scenes are not worth our time and trps for the show!
They are so worth skipping!

"wanting to strangle her, skin her alive, roast her, throw her off a cliff and drown her to death before feeding her to the vultures!"
How true👏
How I so want Uma to rot and suicide and die for good and god!
Some villains are just so intolerable you see! They just dont leave for heaven/hell's sake!
How can Uma be like that! Some villains are truly good and seem to bring a good angle to the stories but this third angle just ruins the story as deep as it can.
If this is a tactic by the Cvs to try something different and gain trps ..Then I'm sorry..Its losing viewers :(

Anyways, Amaya gets into the accident and I am more or less sure the other party and even the police involved were hired by Uma's chamcha. This is pure nonsense! Nobody just steals a purse and phone! Besides Amu was offering money right? They could have ended the matter right there!
And when did we start having such officers?? I also don't live in India so have no clue regarding the police department there :(
It seems so illogical now..It just seems that people writing the story of TSM are writing tracks in their sleep :(

First of all, running barefoot and then not giving a shit that Benaras doesn't have rickshaws😆
Exactly! Amu is restricted to not try getting Mantu any closer to her but does it mean she can't even be Mantu's friend! And which book says that if Amu came to the pooja she would love him! Seems nonsensical !
How does Mantu get any hint of Amus love if she speaks to him or not! She can explain a reason for not arriving which in any way doesn't express anything :(
I have not been able to accept this sudden change in her. All time she says Bhagya is doing this and she is bound by her oath and all that crap..Doesn't she have a ratti bit of common sense or brains atleast!
Hope I'm not asking for a lot!

Even Chiklu was looking at Uma weirdly as if wondering what has possessed her and why she was being such a raving maniac. But Mantu doesn't see it. He simple doesn't!

Mantu has become a sick lover boy who thinks Uma is doing right! Mantu has this stupid love and faith in Uma ewhich pisses me! How can't he once for god's sake tell Uma to shut up!
Uma isn't always right and he can't always listen to her. Doesn't he have a brain! So called professional graduate from BHU !
Chiklu seems to have more brains than Mantu🥱

GC turns up to chaperone the girls. Chides Rachita for letting Amaya go to the temple. And then goes to pick her up. Of course Rudra manages to bribe a Pandit and have him create a scene about Amaya not serving the food properly. GC throws in his taunts too and just for a second, I felt bad for Amaya.

Amu and Rachu have each other luckily *phew*
GC just adds ghee to the fire! Pehle se Amu is so depressed and now she has to bear extra taunts from him!

But then, she goes home, clutches onto that dress she wore the night of the reception and Mantu's dad's watch and cries buckets about how she is bound by her promise and can't even tell him she came to the pooja and I lost all sympathy for her.

Seems like crying is the only solution nowadays
Har cheez pe, Sorry Mantu, I am bound by an oath! Her oath doesn't restrict her to have a life!
She just tries increasing her pain and hurting Mantu and herself! Wouldn't blame Uma completely for it..If Uma has a blame in this or 99.99% then Amaya to has contributed of that 00.01%

On the other hand, Uma spews more venom into Mantu and Mantu, who seems to have been possessed by the soul of a desi soap queen, cries some more and mops around. Till anger gets the better of him and he texts something to Amaya.

Mantu has also gotten hold of crying as his profession! Has he done a tad bit to get Amaya's love. Expressing love through the eyes doesn't do everything! If he needs to know if Amu loves him he needs to do something. The message he sent was for Amaya returning his stuff :(

Totally true! They're acting so dumb nowadays, I need something refreshing! They have to speak!!! I can't handle TSM then!
If they won't speak it'll be the end of it! They need to speak something. I didn't mind a stretched confession but its far too much time now. They need to give us a weak Manya moment where they can say something atleast. I didn't watch today's episode except about 5 minutes like the scenes without Uma :)
If both of them let each other go away without speaking then I truly will leave TSM! Not the forum, but will only watch good episodes and by good I mean logical episodes.
Tumhare mooh mein ghee shakkar and lots of mithais.
Hope what you say comes true. Even a dejected Mantu speaking out a bit of his feelings to amaya is perfectly fine. We don't have any spoilers of whats next for Manya so why not this 😊
Mantu is so hopelessly and so deeply in love with Amu that he will get solace seeing Amu. Does seem he'll say something. Hope Amu speaks up and hope Amaya remembers when mantu said that he will give her anything he wants in return of the safety of the watch. The promise, i hope was brought to play key role *fingers crossed*

I really want Amu to speak up tomorrow! To reveal something to Mantu. Hope what they see in each others eyes will spit out tomorrow :)
There is no point watching the show if there is no progress in the story. Maybe then I'll watch TSM for characters like Rama and Dev :p

Hmm where should I start?

I cannot believe that TSM pulled a hit-and-miss!!! I knew that there would be a lot of dragging and crying and separation, but I believed that at the end Amaya would reach the puja just in the nick of time. Unfortunately, I was proved wrong, horribly wrong. I now don't understand what the point of this puja actually was, or the track for that matter. Even after watching the show through all of the emotional drama these past two weeks, we didn't get to see a proper ManYa conversation and Uma continues to win in her plotting.

Uma!! She is beyond my capacity of tolerance or understanding. Every time she comes on screen, I get this horrendous feeling in my gut to either shriek at the top of my lungs or puke on her witch like face. I wish I could save the world from listening to her deafening and screechy voice that makes me want to tear my eardrums. But more than anything, I cannot bear to see her clingy behavior with Mantu or Chiklu for that matter. I hate to see her grab Mantu's face, neck, and arm as if he is an inanimate object or a worthless piece of property.

I refuse to say anything about Amaya's sankats in winning her love against her bhagya. It was horrible to see that right when Amaya sat in the car, Mantu stepped out of the rickshaw and could not see her. I was thinking that is Uma some underworld don that she said Amaya puja mein nahin pahunchni chahiye and the whole Benaras set out to fulfill maharani Uma's wishes.

I don't know where ManYa's sensibility has gone. It makes no sense that they are equating stupid things like attending the puja to loving one another. Why doesn't Mantu have faith in his friendship at least? I don't see what he has to lose at this point, he said that he didn't want to lose a friend in Amaya by confessing his love, but he already has done that by asking her to return his belongings and deciding to distance himself from her.

I don't know why Amaya decided to even go with the Uma ka number one chamcha anyway because sure she knows him from her work place, but she definitely doesn't know him well enough to travel with him.

Personally I think Mantu's and Chiklu's tolerance for Uma's nonsense and interference continues because they have always known her to be an annoying, obnoxious, always in your business type of person.Mantu never told her to just stop, and is partly responsible for the mess she is today. If she would have been told long back that there are limits for everyone and she needs to understand where her boundaries are, then she would have not invaded every aspect of Mantu's life.

I cannot handle GC, but he is more bearable than Uma. No comments for the atyachaar happening on the girls from GC and Rudra.

I didn't even watch the two dukhiyaare premi crying today, I cannot see the once so happy friends be in such a Devdas mode. Ab Paro ki shaadi karado and benarasi lover boy will become SRK part 2.

I don't know what to make of the precap. Should I get my hopes up or not? Will comment tomorrow I guess.

I second every single word you said.. thankfully i didn't watch the full epi actually i was done with it when Amaya failed to reach temple even after taking efforts of running miles. Now after reading your review i don't want to watch at all.
Precap sounds interesting but pardon me for crashing your hopes because confession seems impossible tomorrow and i fear things might even get worse. Frankly speaking ive no hopes from these two.. their 'pehle aap-pehle aap' mindset wouldn't let them do the favour and how can we forget Uma the bitch! Until and unless her true face and how she's been playing with his feelings come out in front of Mantu the confession is worthless because she'll still carry on with her evil plans to separate them 😔 so to start the most awaited romance they should first kick uma out of the picture or else she'll always remain the third angle of the story.
And for my own satisfaction i want Mantu to scold her, slap her, strangle her to death*phew*(but it is implausible, sadly) but one thing he can surely do, is to throw her out of his life for good.

P. S I'm waiting for
