What happened to the marital rape attempt case against Ashok by Mihika, was not he jailed then. Now this case will be a second criminal case against him right

Hey thanks for that. Did not know these details . So no criminal case was filed against him, Mihika got divorce and everything else was forgotten. When will YHM show law and order exists and is not based on the whim and fancies of the characters
