Maybe both times.😕

Because as per the spoilers, his getting drunk *after* Swara-Sanskaar marriage causes him to do a public ruckus and he gets arrested.

And the Maheshwari family supposedly blames Swara for that, but Sanskaar says it's Ragini's fault.

The spoilers are not very reliable for chronological accuracy of what happens before or later or several times.
