Amrita Singh will be making her debut in Ekta Kapoor's new soap for Star Plus, Kkavyanjali. Down South, this title has proved extremely successful for Ekta who has produced it in Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. A family drama, it is the story of two sisters who get married to two brothers. They enter the same household but after the initial euphoria, problems surface. That, however will not be the story of this Kkavyanjali, clarifies the spokesperson for the channel. If you remember, this story has already been featured earlier in Kalash. Obviously, Ekta has used the title Kkavyanjali to cash in on its popularity. Undoubtedly, a lot is riding on the soap which has Amrita Singh making her small screen debut. The others in the cast include Natassha, she of the 'Ding dong...' fame and Rakshak Sahni, a model. Natassha is Anjali and Rakshak is Kavya. Interesting, isn't it?
