The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai showed Akshara making Naitik tensed with her pregnancy prank.
It is seen that it is Naitik's birthday and he is worried as no one wishes him. Akshara (Hina Khan) is usually the first one to wish Naitik (Karan Mehra) and she too does not wish him so Naitik is upset.
However, Naitik finds pregnancy test reports under his pillow and is shocked to realize that Akshara is pregnant.
However, Naitik does not know that the pregnancy reports are false and it is just a prank played by Akshara.
Naitik thinks that Akshara's pregnancy is a birthday surprise for him but at the same time he is worried about how he will tell this news to his family and kids.
It will later be seen that Naitik will come to know that Akshara was just playing a prank on him.
Naitik and Akshara will also get romantic with each other and Naitik will tell Akshara to plan for their next baby.
