Thanks for sharing. I'm not in India, so can't really help. Here's the thing. Whoever is organizing the drive should contact the local Red Cross office in the state. The other way to get maximum donors is to spread the message among college/high school crowd. I can say from personal experience that young people are often more enthusiastic to donate than older ones. AB negative is a really difficult group to find, but anybody who is O neg can also donate. They're universal donors.
