Wov shekar was not there when sumedha was getting eliminated....I think these mentors know who is gonna eliminated befor the shooting started...So shekar likes sumedhas voice and she was one of his fav..when he came to know that sumi is the one to go..he must have felt bad and didn't show up, on the shooting time...I am thinking this coz, when in indian idol2 one of sonunigam crazy fan got eliminated sonu didn't show up and they said he was illl.....i think shekaraji dosen't like to see sumi exit....

In the movies it would be true. But in real life not so true but quite definitely all the Gurus are quite close to the contestants. Generally men do have a soft spot for lady contestants.
