One thing I love is how there is a clear difference between how Jannat referred to Shaad and Sanam refers to Aahil. Shaad was always "mere shauhar" because that's the only thing that was keeping them together in Jannat's mind, her supposed duty towards him as his wife whereas Aahil is "meri mohabbat, mere shauhar, mere Aahil" like he isn't just her husband and she doesn't just feel a duty towards him but he's the man she loves and she truly wants to be with and I love how she emphasises that.
I always used to think that after hearing her refer to another man as her shahaur for ages that when she referred to Aahil like that again it'd be odd and meaningless but here its clearly different and more personal than her fake relationship with Shaad could ever be because rather than emphasize on their marriage together or how he's her husband, she emphasises more on the fact that he's her mohabbat. Her relationship with Aahil is built on mohabbat (that is double sided) and that's what makes it different and more special.
And I also like how Sanam hasn't lost her memory or forgotten what happened after she lost her memory. She remembers it all and is clearly choosing Aahil and Shaad isn't even on her radar. I always hated the idea of her forgetting what happened after getting her memory back because I thought if they did that it'd look like she's only getting back with Aahil because she doesn't remember Shaad and isn't choosing Aahil necessarily which needed to be shown after the whole season 3 crap but here her choice is clear. Shaad isn't even an option for her because she loves Aahil more than anything. Aahil is her "mohabbat" which is more bigger than anything but it's sad that it might be too late for them or to let Aahil know that. But at least Sanam got herself and her mohabbat back.
I love how whether Aahil's with her or not, their love makes her stronger and she knows that Aahil is always with her. There's a clear difference between bimbo Jannat and secure Sanam and even Sanam can see it hence the vacant acting.
