Honestly people always say Veera loves her Veerji so much but the truth is if she truly loved and cared about him then she'd care about his respect and feelings too and tell him to take a stand against the person who's humilating him and hurting him and treating him like a doormat. Shouldn't she be furious at Gunjan for hurting her brother and and insulting his character by accusing him of cheating but no instead she's defending Gunjan as if Gunjan's her sister and the person who raised her not Ranvi. Honestly right now GunDev are the OTT obsessed siblings and forget being obsessed, Veera doesn't even seem a good sister right now because a good sister would not be encouraging her Veerji to continue being a doormat and defending Gunjan, who's hurt and insulted him so much.

But apparently all this only applies to Baldev and not Queen Gunjan. Such double standards, let me tell you.

And she gave away all her land to Gunjan but Veera got thenga. Veera was her daughter so she deserves something. But Gunjan got all the khets. I always knew she loved Gunjan as her own daughter but didn't love Veera like her own. But now jaate jaate she proved it too. She wanted to prove to gunjan how much she means to her more than Veera so she put all her land in Gunjan's name. I always used to wonder that she hated Veera because she was her step daughter, but how didn't she hate Gunjan for all her kaands? Not once she showed her disapproval for her kaands, instead all she did was taught Ranvi to keep forgiving Gunjan and strive to make Gunjan happy.

She is jealous of veeba and tries to instigate fights between them

Ratan gave her all her fields cause she was part of the family!!! W*F she thought she was the ideal daughter!! BUT ratan actually never knew most of the lying, gambling, almost cheating on Ranvi that she did!! Because everyone always covered up gunjans crap

Am glad that this is coming to an end as baldev was my favourite and now seems unwatchable

He was not allowed to have any self-respect. What about her son's feelings and hurt? Forgiveness should be taught but Gunjan was never called out on her bullshit, instead she was made the victim and Ranvi the culprit for not talking to Gunjan just for a day even. Gunjan ki galti gayi bhaad me, now all fingers pointed towards Ranvi for not forgiving her. Not even a day passes, they expected him to forget everything. And he just used to give her the silent treatment, nothing more than that, and eventually he would have come around anyway on his own. It was like Gunjan can do anything but if Ranvi does something wrong, he was resented by Ratan and Veera.

On the other hand, Veera never had it easy. If she hurt Baldev, she payed for it too. She still bears Bansuri's taunts. Why this partial treatment for Gunjan's character? She has done much worse and now deserves severe punishment but as usual will be forgiven easily.
