Actually this number got no special significance as far as mathematics is concerned-

But in physics we find it useful- for comparison purpose actually- like number of subatomic particles in universe- which is a bigger quantity-

Dadisa would definitely top the list - Absolute 0
Jagya - This man has got a life full of adventures, Very interesting but score would be Again Absolute 0.
Ganga - 95 , (-5 for Threats to Sarita )
Anandi- 100 ( Always a plain constant Mahaan life)
Ratan - Who's that.

So overall conclusion is-
Dadisa and Jagya are very dangerous criminal and for the larger good of society they should be quarantined or should be imprisoned for life at the Robbin Island, South Africa or if authorities feel they can run away from prison then they should be hanged to death because the gravity of offences they have committed comes under Rarest of Rare category that has shaken conscience of the community.

I have taken many things into consideration before giving scores. Past history, present history, general nature, circumstances etc.

Ganga scored more than Jagya because she has blemishless history comparatively.
Jagya scored because he did not stop growing once he redeemed. He went from strength to strength.

Anandi and Ganga are somewhat alike but they differ more when faced with problems. Anandi's forgiving nature though I have some problems with it won her those extra five points.

Dadisa. What can I say about her? She was once Khalnayika and that image is too strong.
