I have great respect for both of the final contestants of II3 as they both have come from one of the most looked down states of India (Govt. side).

Darjeeling and Shillong both are highly populated by people from Nepal(origin) and other neighbouring countries. May be thats the reason govt. hardly look for development in these states compared to metros like delhi & mumbai.

But talent requires no introduction. Kichad mein hi phool khilete hai..
We are proud of these final contestant who proved their talent by beating all those metro-cities.

I had Shillongite friends, and they were one of the most lovely people I had met in life.. Very decent, elegant and friendly people.

They have a charm which cant be explained in words.

AMIT seems to have similar charm in his demeanor.

What appeals to me in AMIT other than his Voice quality, is his gestures..that style the way he moves his hands..etc..very unique..Very AMIT Paul.

AMIT's insecurity is his biggest asset..that leads him to make mistakes and then correct them too and perfect it later...

I really Hope he wins, else it will be a big loss for Indian Idol platform...

With the necessary training he will be very sucessful. His voice is indeed very Unique. Buttery Baritone!
