Hey all,
This time I have a timely review of Saturday's episode...😃
However, before I write the review...Let me just say...that the show seems heavily scripted...which is good and bad...Good because it is funny in a guaranteed way...bad because even the accidents look scripted...
Any who...first of all...let me just say that I missed Manish on the stage today...He adds to the show in a very unique way, and he seems spontaneous...! Hope to see him back soon...
Secondly, I think Lauren's make up and hair was really good today...The dress and the whole getup worked!! ⭐️
Karan had less screen time today...I actually love his antics...so missed that a bit😛
Shahid was excellent...but I like him more in judges seat and not doing Manishs job!
About the contestants and the performances...
Subhreets dance was much better choreographed today...also her lungi dress worked and made me temporarily forget about the handicap. She did the steps very well, and sang well too! Good job!!👍🏼
Radhika definitely is a strong contender for the crown...her body posture and attitude shows she has tremendous potential. I did agree with Ganeshs comment that she left her vampire act, after the beginning...which was a minus...i also agree with what Lauren said...about them not letting one thing register before moving on to another trick...there is room for improvement!!
Mohit is the most underrated dancer of the show. I don't understand, why the judges talk so well about the performance and then skimp on giving decent marks to him...they should put their marks where there mouth is or point out what is wrong...The way he carries himself, his body language and the confidence is really impressive!! Loved the wife too!! She is cute and confident at the same time!!😃
Scarlet is an amazing dancer...I would have never guessed she is not a trained dancer! Technically her performance is so strong...I think so far it is matched by only one or two others. I hope she stays in the competition for a long time...to keep the level of the performance up! 👏
Faisals Lindy Hop was good...I specially loved all the lifts which were very clean and the thing they did with the chair prop...it was fabulously synchronized. However, the baby face and the partner...both are taking away from me putting away the feeling of "kids performance" label from their dance...May be the choreographer should do something that throws away the kid image...Faisal is a better dancer than the partner...😊
Ashsih was doing much better today...the accident looked fake...It all seemed like a part of script...

Overall Ganesh's comments were way better today...The dance quality overall was quite good ..let's see if tomorrow's contestants will keep up the overall standard high...
