How does dev not remember anything?

If kaajal can go back to her past life why hasn't dev??? I mean they both loved each other and both were reiencarted right??? Then why only kaajal remembers bits of the past life but not dev?? i am confused

i am wondering the same thing....for my point of view it looks like kaajjal loves dev a lot more than dev loves kaajjal....no offense... 😳
