😊 hey @keerthi I can understand what you are saying and its the humane/kind/innocent way of looking at situations...
I have no kindness for criminals
but tell me, if a rapist feels guilty after raping a girl, does it make everything okay?
if a murderer kills someone in cold blood, and later feels guilty, its okay?
what about the girl? not the physical trauma...if she survives that is...NIRBHAYA (DELHI) DID NOT...but about the mental trauma...never in her life will she able to close her eyes in public and feel secure, never will she be able to sleep with the lights switched off in her own bedroom in her own house,...so the rapist feel guilty...so ???
I have no sympathies for criminals...and personally never have I read or encountered one victim who said that all is forgiven if he repents,,,,NEVER...it is usually the women who have nevr been raped who speak for forgiving the rapists...
and what do you do when the rapist/murderer/any criminal is your own family member? the danger from which we always try to protect ourselves lives in your own bedroom...what do you do then????...just because you are his blood relative you forgive him?...then no mother, father, sisiter ,brother, son, daughter will ever think that their blood relation has done anything wrong if he is willing to rectify his mistake and is feeling guilty...
then every rapist should be legally allowed to marry his victim
every murderer be allowed to go scot free if he feels guilty
then do wrong, do very very wrong, rob, steal, kill, and feel guilty, and voila that person deserves a second chance!...I cant bring myself to agree with this...
and why should ragini be given a second chance?
because she is a girl?
because the serial ends with her name?
because she is destroying her own sister?
because she wears traditional clothes?
cvs cant say or do anything that can redeem her...they have crossed all limits...

hey hi Wilina, first of all its nice to meet u and I appreciate your thoughts whole heartedly. 😊 Your each and every word is true. I completely agree with your post and your response to my comment. Even I don't have any kindness or sympathy regarding any criminal. You explained nirbhaya issue well, even I felt the same, I felt very bad when that juvenile got minimum punishment.
Yes, it's really too much from that drugs thing. I feel like suing cvs for these insensitive things. And that second chance thing is my personal opinion not because she is a girl or she is traditional or show ends with her name. I believe everybody should get a punishment for their misdeeds even backstabbing is not ignorable. I apologise if I hurted anybody, I started this and I want to stop this now itself before people scolding me like anything😊

TM -- you've basically articulated everything I was thinking. Well done and very well written 👏

I had such high hopes from this show and it started off so well. It actually challenged the whole caste thing and totally questioned the barbaric acts done in name of tradition and community. Instead of continuing on that high, the show has dipped to an intolerable low. Ragini's act's are absolutely terrible and make no sense at all!

At least with Sanskaar, you can *kind* of justify his behaviour with Swara. He doesn;t know her/ isn't related to her/ doesn't care about her. So Swara reputation going down isn't a big deal for him.

But Ragini is her sister! And she claims to love Swara! And yet she still continues these vile acts?!? Unbelievable!

And not to mention, if the recent spoilers are true, Swara will humour and agree with Ragini and sacrifice Laksh for her. Absolute bullshit.

When such negativity is being shown, there needs to be a HIGH dosage of positivity to make up for it. When DP blackened the face of the Garodia family, we got the good Laksh-DP confrontation scene. Something like that needs to be done in this track as well. The negativity is too much at this point.

Dear keerthi...no one's gonna scold you...😆😆...your opinion of giving a second chance shows your heart and soul is in the right place...everyone deserves a second chance...that's how the world should have been and how society should have evolved itself...😊...

however practical realities and the harsh truth in this world have shown time and again that if you give a wrong doer a second chance, you are the one who gets hurt the second time...people might change, but that's a minority number...majority...98% don't!!! they are and remain like that because they are always trying to manipulate situations so that they benefit out of it...being on the winning side, getting what you want, being better off than the rest, wielding money, power,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,these natural tendencies don't go away...they remain deeply embedded within more or less in every one...however when it takes a deadly turn, like using criminal means...it becomes deadly, and there is no way you can be sure that this person will ever "reform"...😕...cause the intentions always stay...how can anyone be sure that he wont revert back to it in one weak moment and destroy someone's life????...not just rapists,murderers,bullies,molesters,...anyone !!!!
I think the one part we are all angry at are the cvs...😡...I was such a strong supporter of swara and ragini, and how they went against society, customs, their own parents and grandparents sometimes to take a stand for something that they believed was right and would undo a wrong doing...I loved this serial...and look at me now...😭😭😭
