Recap of Chapter 17: (Full Chapter on Pg 70):
Dr. and Mrs. Raizada shared a cute first kiss by the poolside and share a few heartwarming moments together. Asha shares her worries about Anjali's immature reaction to the lack of Khushi's attention with her husband and he reassures that together, Arnav, Khushi, and Anjali will figure it out.
Arnav and Khushi find a comfortable routine which gives them ample time together to figure each other out. Sparks are flying slowly (although some might say the Dr. Raizada is head-over-heels for his dear wife already).
Their first teeny tiny argument (if you can call it that) happens when Arnav returns from an on-call shift late at night and finds Khushi asleep in the living room--evidently waiting for him. The bubbly businesswoman strikes a deal with Arnav suggesting that if she's expected to put up with his 'must have breakfast' clause, then he'll need to suck up her 'I am going to wait for you to get home' clause.
The sunny days come to an abrupt halt when Arnav finds her pacing nervously in the corridors of his hospital. After an initial semi-meltdown, she informs him of her father's ill's health and admission into the OR under an emergency situation.
