And sultanate's public should be taken into confidence, if they'll accept Rakasa as MEH...The present one can't just force her son's love on all... ..coz she's caring and warm.
This doomed relationship isn't just about love of two individuals, which MEH thinks...she should propose other sons as future heir...because love birds are doom for sultanate, nobles will revolt and empire disintegrate .
MEH shouldn't always and only be about charity but also about diplomacy and polity...and these two go hand in hand

Though I have a strong feeling...had this Salim been a bit more impressive character we would have got to see Ja-Jo and all the royal family on one side opposing and Salim on the other battling against all the odds.

But bad news is that he isn't that good...so Maasa has to fill in with dialogs about Prem and all, otherwise who would stand against SH??? Salim miyaan standing alone will be a clean sweep for Jalal...😳
