Khushi was sitting on the sofa in the hall being very sad. Her Arnavji was not paying any attention towards her after these two new guests arrived, namely Sheetal and Aarav. Infact the whole family was just concentrating on these two people. She remembered how he ignored during the basketball match. He made fun of her inability to play the game. He didn't even realise her presence. She was hurt. Her eyes filled with water. Just then,
Nk: Khushiji aap yaha kya kar rahi hai? (Khushiji what are you doing here?)
Hearing Nk's voice Khushi composed herself and forced a smile.
Khushi: Hum bore ho rahe the. (I was getting bored)
Nk could clearly see her pale face, and make out that she was sad.
Nk: Khushiji aap udaas hai? (Khushiji are you sad?)
Her smile vanished as he caught the glimpse of her sadness. Which her husband couldn't notice since many days, Nk did it in a minute. She nodded her head in a no.
Khushi: Hum theek hai. (I am fine)
Nk was not that fool as everybody thought. He could see that his best friend was sad.
Nk: Kya baat hai Khushiji? aap mujhe bata sakti hai. (What is it Khushiji? You can tell me)
There was silence from her end.
Nk: Aap kahi Sheetalji ko lekar pareshaan toh nahi hai na? (Are you tensed because of Sheetalji?)
Her silence gave him his answers. He new that there was something wrong between Nannav and Khushiji.
Nk: Khushiji aap chinta mat kijiye!! Mai hun na. Bas aapko meri baat maan ni hogi.(Khushiji you don't worry!! I am there right. You just need to listen to me)

Arnav was busy with his so called work. He has no work when Aarav or Sheetal come to him, but when his wife wants his attention he has a lot of work!!
The whole family was busy pampering Aarav, while Nk and Khushi were chatting and laughing. This grabbed Arnav's attention. He could notice that Nk was making Khushi happy!! That's the fact that irked him. She is happy because of Nk.
He couldn't hear what they were talking but they seemed to be joyous. Then he saw Khushi and Nk doing a hi-five. This made him angry.
How dare this Nk????
Arnav was getting irritated. He went closer to them.
Nk: Khushiji aapko movie achchi lagi? (Khushiji did you like the movie?)
Khushi: Salmanji ki movie ho aur hume pasand na aaye? Aisa kabhi hua hai?
They watched a movie?
Khushi: Nanheji aap hamari pasand naapasand ka kitna khyal rakthe hai!! Aap bahut achche hai. (Nanheji you take so much of care about my likes and dislikes. You are very good.)
Arnav was burning with jealousy when she praised Nk.
Arnav cleared his throat to make them realise his presence.
Nk: Nannav mere bhai, tumhara gala kharaab ho gaya hai kya? (Nannav mere bahi are you having a throat pain?)
Arnav's temper had reached its heights, he was making fun of his throat.
Arnav(gritting his teeth and glaring at Nk): Mera gala bilkul theek hai. (My throat is alright)
Nk and Khushi chuckled.
Arnav: Khushi mere liye coffee banao. (Khushi make coffee for me)
Khushi paid no attention to him.
Khushi: Arnavji hum busy hai!!! Hpji Arnavji ke liye coffee banake laayiye. (she shouted)!! (Arnavji I am busy!!! Hpji make coffee for Arnavji and bring it.(she shouted))
He folded his arms and raised his brow!! She was ignoring him?
Sheetal, who saw this drama didn't want to let go of this oppurtunity.
Sheetal: Arnav mai tumhare liye coffee bana deti hu. (Arnav I will make the coffee for you)
She was saying so to make Khushi jealous, but Khushi paid no heed to her and continued to talk with Nk.
Arnav: Ok.
He agreed to Sheetal's offer.
Khushi(to Arnav): Don't blame me if your stomach gets upset.
That was straight forward and a big insult for Sheetal. Nk smiled looking at Khushi's attitude. Arnav was confused and very angry with Khushi's behaviour towards him. He was tasting his own medicine.

It was dinner time. Arnav was not feeling to eat anything after he drank that horrible coffee prepared by Sheetal. Khushi was right!! He still came to have dinner for formality sake.
And to his surprise Khushi sat beside Nk and not him. Sheetal occupied the seat beside him. Anjali, Mami, Akash, Payal, Nani and Aarav were silently having their dinner. Nk softly spoke to Khushi. Even Arnav was slowly listening to what he was speaking. Only Arshi and Sheetal could hear what Nk was speaking.
Nk: Khushiji mujhe aaj tak samajh nahi aaya ki aapko iss khadoos se pyaar kaise hua?( Khushiji I still don't understand how did you fall in love with this khadoos?)
Khushi: Pyaar toh pyaar hota hai. Sach kahe nanheji agar hume Arnavji se pyaar nahi hota toh hum aapse shaadi karte. (Love is love. Speaking of the truth nanheji, if I wouldn't fall in love with Arnavji then I would have married you.)
Arnav listened to this and his food got stuck in his throat and he started coughing. Everyone got panicked.
Sheetal: Arnav tum theek toh ho na? (Arnav are you alright?)
Khushi was throwing murderous glares at Sheetal, who was showing her overconcern for Arnav.
While Sheetal was searching for water jug, Khushi gave her glass of water to him. They shared an eyelock after a long time. Looking at this Sheetal was fuming. He took the glass from her hand and drank some water. He stopped coughing.
Anjali: Chotte tum theek ho? (Chotte are you fine?)
Arnav nodded a yes. His eyes were glaring at Nk. He felt like cutting him into pieces and feed it to a dog.
Khushi said she would have married Nk!! Damn this Nk.I will kill him.Khush is mine damn it.
He was jealous of Nk, he wanted to separate Khushi from Nk. Out of anger he stopped eating and went to his room. Now he was feeling insecure.

Next morning,
Khushi was getting ready. She was wearing a red and black saree. She was looking damn beautiful and sexy in this saree.
Was she going out?
Arnav: Tum kahi jaa rahi ho? (Are you going anywhere?)
Khushi(combing her hair): Hum aur Nanheji mall jaa rahe hai. (I and Nanheji are going to mall)
Arnav's blood started boiling when he heard Nk's name.
Arnav: Mai tumhe mall lekar jaunga. (I will take you to the mall)
Arnav tried his level best to stop her from going with Nk. Khushi was loving this extra attention from Arnav, and she was trying to control her laughter looking at his efforts.
Khushi: Arnavji aapko bahut kaam hai na. Hum nanheji ke saath chale jaayenge. (Arnavji you have a lot of work right. I will go with Nanheji.)
Arnav was angry when she refused him, the great ASR. Just then Sheetal entered in.
Sheetal: Arnav Di ne yeh bheja hai. (Arnav Di has sent this)
She offered the orange juice to him.
Khushi was irritiated."Why the hell is she doing the works which I am supposed to do?" thought Khushi.
Nk came into their room without knocking.
Arnav: Nk cant you knock the door?
He asked Nk angrily.
Khushi: When Sheetalji can get inside without knocking the door, why cant he?
She mocked him. Indirecty she meant that Sheetal has to get out.
Nk: Khushiji chale? (Khushiji lets go?)
Khushi(with a smile): Haan. (Yes)

It was not even an hour since they left, and Arnav was feeling insecure. He called Khushi. Khushi and Nk were purchasing some crockery items. Suddenly her mobile started ringing. She picked the phone.
Arnav was getting restless.
Arnav: Tum kya kar rahi ho? (What are you doing?)
Khushi: Aapko...kyun...jaanna??
She was pulling each and every word. She showed her thumb to Nk indicating that their plan was working.
Arnav had no words.
Arnav: Mujhe jaanna hai!!!! (I want to know)
Khushi: Kyun? Aapke pet mein jalan ho rahi hai? (Why? Are you feeling jealous?)
Arnav: Shut up!!! Tum dono kya kar rahe ho? (What are you both doing?)
Khushi: SHOPPING!!! Ab khush? Aur kya aap hume aur nanheji ko chain se shopping karne denge? (SHOPPING!! Happy? And will you please let me and Nanheji to do shopping in peace?)
She was a bit rude. She had never reacted like this when he had called in the past. She used to be polite but now!! She had not cut the call.
Nk was looking at the picture of Kareena Kapoor in his phone.
NK: Aapko dek kar mere dil mein kuch kuch ho raha hai. (Looking at you, something is happeneing in my heart)
Arnav heard Nk's words and now he had no control over his anger. He misunderstood that Nk was saying this to Khushi. He immediately cut the call and picked up his car keys.
Khushi: Nanheji yeh kuch zyada nahi ho raha? (Nanheji don't you think it is too much?)
Nk: nahi Khushiji, Tit for tat!! (No Khushiji, tit for tat)
He continued.
Nk : Ab aap dekhiye dus minute mai woh yaha hoga, aapke saamne. (Now you see Khushiji, he will be here in ten mins, right in front of you)

After ten minutes,
Nk: Ten, nine,...
Khushi: Woh nahi aayenge nanheji. (He wont come nanheji)
Nk: six, five, four, three, two..
Khushi: Nanheji chaliye ghar chalte hai. (Nanheji lets go to home)
Nk: one and..
Arnav: NK!!!!!!!!!
He shouted. Khushi was surprised to see him here, Nk was absolutely right. She smiled being happy but Arnav wasn't. He caught hold of Nk's collar.
Nk: Nannav mere bhai tum kya kar rahe ho? (Nanav what are you doing)
Arnav(glaring at him): How dare you? How dare you say to Khushi "Aapko dek kar mere dil mein kuch kuch ho raha hai. (Looking at you, something is happeneing in my heart)"
Nk: Nannav mai toh woh inse keh raha tha. (Nannav I was saying this to her.)
He showed the pic of Kareena in his phone.
Arnav left his collar.
Nk got a call on his phone.
NK: Sorry Khushiji Di mujhe bula rahe hai, mujhe ghar jaana hoga.
Arnav was glad that Nk was leaving. After finishing the shopping, Arnav took Khushi to his mother's house.

He grabbed her wrist and pinned her to the wall. He kissed her lips removing all his frustration on Nk.
Arnav: Agar tumhe mujhse pyaar nahi hota toh tum Nk se shaadi karti? (If you wouldn't fall in love with me then would you marry Nk?)
Khushi could see the possessiveness in him.
Khushi(whispered): Shayad(Maybe)
She was scared of his look but then her eyes became moist.
Khushi: Arnavji if I wouldn't come in your life would you marry Sheetalji?
He wiped her eyes before her tear would roll down. He nodded his head in a no.
Arnav: Kabhi nahi, kyunki mai sirf tumse pyaar karta hun. I am sorry Khushi. Mai tumhare insecurities ko samaj nahi paaya. Aur mujhe samjne ke liye itna waqt lag lag gaya. Aur ab woh dono naye ghar mein shift ho chuke hai. (Never, because I just love you. I am sorry Khushi. I couldn't understand your insecurities. And I took so much time to understand. And now they both have shifted to their new house)
Khushi looked at him confused.
Arnav explained that he came to know her insecurities yesterday when he noticed that she was glaring at Sheetal.She was also behaving weirdly with Sheetal. He understood that she wasn't comfortable with Sheetal and so he called Aman and asked him to find a house for Sheetal and Aarav.
Khushi hugged Arnav.
Arnav: I love you and only you.
Khushi: I love you too.
From then they stayed happy forever and the credit went to Nk
