MEA track starts- Rajat gets a chance to display his acting powers

From tomorrow starts the MEA track

I too wish to see. Mughal e Azam track. The problem here is we will have two superb actors in Rajat and Paridhi, standing against a very ordinary Salim. This guy in no Dilip Kumar who could stand up against the might of the Emperor in a convincing fashion and had the audience support.

Lol.. Man bai is Jo niece..I think Jo will not want arnarkali to spoil her niece future... Maybe she won't be crying in a corner.. Hahaha.. We have to wait and see.. 😆

This Salim has numerous problems, his acting is very ordinary and he does not have a royal presence. More importantly, he does not have the support of the audience. The more of Salim on screen, the less TRP there will be.

Another problem is that the audience already knows the Mughal e Azam story, they want something new, something like the Laboni track, totally illogical but highly entertaining.

Yep actually who in todays time can compare to Dilip Kumar acting not even SRK or Amir can equal him. That is too high of us to compare this Salim guy to DK. Even Amitabh Bachchan may not be able to act so brilliantly as a prince Salim, I remember AB being prince in some old movie and he was not at all great cannot remember name. All I want is a different take on MEA - I still cannot understand when Akbar himself married widows, divorcee, commoners etc why was he so against anarkali?

Actually Akbar had problem with daniyal also marrying a hindu widow etc

So how can he have one rule for himself- like he can marry any girl he sets eye on, he can ask any guy to divorce his wife and send to his harem etc but his sons cannot do that who will agree to such double standards?

Next question I have is the mahaan jodha here who spews dialogues on equality and humanity how she will say no to salim?

Very simple answer regarding Akbar's attitude. The answer is that question itself is false because there is no factual evidence at all that Anarkali ever existed. Since, no Anarkali, hence question of Akbar's attitude does not arise.

I am not talking history I am talking of this serial where anarkali exists and both JA shown as overly saints

the thing is that none wants salim anarkali or mughal e azam, because it will shift the focus to salim anar at least to some extent. And majority viewer of ja are ardent fan of akdha, not just history or akbar or akbar salim relation. I am one of them. We want more and more akdha, their love, their achievements, their hurdles, their fights, their patch ups.Salim is akdha's son so till some extent he is accepted, but his love stories his life story his anger his selfpitying all the time,I am sorry but noone is interested in it, above that the actors playing sanar are very ordianry, nothing to get connctd with. The disaster trp when the serial shifted to them completely, the the miraculious revival in top 10 as akdha track started , shows that audience can bear craps if akdha is the main point, if story revolves around them, but if focus shifts to their children and their love stories, no matter how historical or royal or emotional it is trp will sink.Noone signed up to see sanar in a show called jodha akbar. People wants and cares about jodha and akbar only, be it individually, be it them together.I hope they finish sanr track in a rapid speed, and going back to akdha. Because thats whta is the main charm of this show. Thats why it became the first historical to gain such hight trps

Prem we all know what Rajat can do if the script does justice to his talent and the last thing i want to see is a weepy weak Akbar for which i m routing for this show to end! I hope what you said happens but chances are slim!
