~Aise Na Mujhe Tum Dekho!!!~

Seconds passed to minutes.Minutes to hours.Hours to days.And Arjun's frustration increased by folds as he could not find a moment alone with her-The headache called Radhika Mishra.

Normally she had all the excuses to pester him with but now,she had all the excuses and reason to be away from him.She was plain avoiding him like the plague.And Arjun was not liking it even one bit.He was not even sure if frustration was the right word to explain his situation.He was feeling like a coiled up tense spring ready to jump at anyone who tried to be in contact with him.

The hardest part and worst scenario of his situation was that he was having harder and harder time to act with Sam.It was Nandini didi's warnings that made him go on with the farce,and somewhere at the back of his mind he was being warned by a soft voice,that what he was doing was not right at all.Maybe it was his long dead conscience,but he did not want it to be full on awake as yet.Not before his revenge for Nandu was completed.And Arjun knew that this awakened conscience was because of the cause of his all troubles too.That pestering annoying girl,whom he was having the worst time in forgetting.Hell!The more she was away from him the more he seemed to be thinking of her.It was like a never ending circle,and he was never really out of it!

Three days had passed already since he had dropped her at her home in his car.Three long days and he did not get one single chance to talk with her.She was doing a very good job of avoiding him.Like earlier she had done a good job of staying with him to keep him away from Sam.But now she was not there,and he did not even feel the inclination to be with Sam,but instead find that stupid girl!

Luckily for him,Sam seemed to be having other things on her mind of late,like his beloved best friend Neil,who seemed to be avoiding her too.And whenever they had a chat or something,thanks to Nandu's insistence,all she talked about was Neil.And Arjun wondered at some of these occasions that if he should start talking about Radhika too.

Infact many times he wanted to laugh out at the humorous situation they were stuck in.They were basically in a relationship with each other,supposedly for the world,and also Sam,but all they could thing about was some other girl and guy,respectively.Arjun was not concerned about Sam's likes or dislikes,and lucky for him Sam did not seem bothered about him too.So it was a balanced thing,which Nandu did not like.

Sometimes when he was this frustrated and angry,and late at night studying her bracelet that he still had not managed to return too her,and Nandu called to ask about his progress with Sam,Arjun felt the odd need to scream out.He had felt the vague feeling of anger at Nandu,which in the next instance was followed by guilt.Nandu needed him,and he needed her happiness.But still Radhika could not be put out of his mind.And Arjun had taken up the tendency to drink a lot recently.And it was all her fault.

Arjun was finally handed over his chance by Sam herself.

It was the fourth day since that incident.Sam had arranged a party for the office members in a renowned beach restaurant that night,at the end of the long week.

Arjun was not sure of the reason,but he did hear something she said that she was confident Neil would attend the party at least.And Arjun did not care for the reason too.All that mattered to him was if She would be there.

That night he dressed with a bit of extra care than usual,as he put on his favourite cologne after a long refreshing shower and studied his tall form in a yellow and navy blue striped polo shirt and his khakee slacks.And he even whistled a favourite long forgotten tune from between his teeth as he brushed his hair to perfection.And as he finally drove off towards the BEACH COVE restaurant,he tried to calm his racing heart.She was going to be there he hoped.He had carefully taken her bracelet,beautifully wrapped in a tissue,so that it would not be spoiled.

The party was in full swing,and almost the ntire office was there..Except Radhika and,as Arjun saw a forlorn looking Sam sitting in another corner,he understood Neil was not there too.

He asked for another long shot of whisky to the worried looking barman,and finished it in one single gulp.Damn!He just wanted to get drunk,and forget her completely.Why was the stupid girl not here?!!Did she not know that he was waiting for her?!Even the thought made him stop and smile to himself.Idiot girl..Did not even know he was waiting..

"Another long shot..Or better give me the bottle.."Arjun snatched the entire bottle of whisky from the startled barman,before he could protest.He chuckled to himself,as he saw her standing infront of him with scandalized rounded eyes and offended looking face as she stared at him for being so rude as to snatch the bottle from the waiter.

"Sorry.."He mumbled at the waiter,and then looked at where he had seen him standing."Sorry my highness.Don't start on Dadaji's tips now.."He mockingly held his hands at her for mercy as he bowed his head at her.

And when he looked up at her with a silly smile on his lips,his heart gave a painful squeeze as she vanished..Just like that!Damn!He had not been able to study her properly too!What had she been wearing?!Why did she vanish again?!He gave out a frustrated groan and pinched the bridge of his nose,as he felt a strange loneliness wash over him.He felt desolate..

And with the dismal feeling he staggered out of the bar,the bottle of whisky in his hand.He tried to walk straight.But it was getting difficult as his head felt heavy and dizzy with the amount of whisky he had consumed.He just wanted to sit somewhere in the beach and just drink and think about her.No!He quickly corrected himself.Forget about her.

A full round moon,rounded the starlit night sky,as the waves crashed the sands on the beach.Strong sea-breeze blew at him,as if trying to stop him,but he was more than determined to get closer to the wild sea.

He took another long swig from the whisky bottle,and the let the liquid wet his parch throat.Why was it the round bright moon and the wild sea with its huge waves also reminded him of her..?!

Why was he even thinking about her at all?!

"Because I can't get her off my mind!And she just doesn't understand!She just has to stay away!"He muttered angrily,just before he threw the whisky bottle at some rocks,and watched the glass bottle break to shards,as the remaining whisky got soaked into the sand.

"Damn!I just wasted the rest of the good whisky!"He whispered brokenly."And damn you are not here still..I hate you Radhika Mishra!"He said in a choked up voice,as he started staggering towards the sea.

The waves were humongous and the sea was wilder than usual due to the full moon,but Arjun was not in his senses to stop right then..He just wanted to forget her..And the wild waves seemed to be beckoning him.And within minutes he was in knee high sea water..Foamy waves surrounded him and he was soaked though to his skin,as he still went on deeper and deeper,not caring what really happened,because she did not care.

He was in waist high water,and waiting for a huge wave to crush him,when someone pulled him back.

"No!Leave me!She is not here!Leave me!!!"He screamed out trying to be free,abut the person was not ready to listen,as Arjun spluttered out salty water that he nearly drank when a wave went over him and his rotten savior.

He had been pulled to the comparatively dry sands,with small waves only lapping at his feet where he fell down pulling his savior along with him as he lost his balance.He lay still on top of his savior,blinking again to see who the hell it was that-..

Sir!What were you doing?!!You could have drowned there!Do you have any idea how dangerous the sea is now?!"Said an angry looking Radhika Mishra,as a dumbstruck Arjun stared down at her,still trapped under him.

He was mesmerized by her beauty as moonlight enhanced it..

"Are you real?"He whispered in an awed voice as he slowly moved strands of wet hair off her beautiful face,and cupped her cheeks to look at her better..The silver moonlight made her glow,and he was sure she could be a mermaid right out of the sea.

"What do you mean..?Sir-.."

"You came..I thought you won't.."He interrupted her,as his hungry eyes looked at her with leisure.Not wanting to waste a single second of the chance he had been given finally.She had worn a light floral printed sleeveless long tunic,he realized.Similar to the one he had bought for her in their trip.And she looked ethereal.

"Yes I came..For Sam,as she-.."

Radhika could not finish her sentence as she was suddenly crushed closer to is body,as he pulled her a bit up,by circling his hand round her waist.

"Always Sam..!Always for her..!"He gritted under his breath,stunning himself even at his sudden jealousy."How about you Radhika?How about me?!!"His words seemed to have stunned her to silence,and he could clearly read the shock and confusion on her face.She had such an expressive face and eyes..Those eyes always gave her away,he thought as he looked deep into them.But he wanted to solve more of their mysteries..Wanted to know what was it about her that was pulling him to her.

Strong wind blew her open wet locks onto her face,and Arjun tenderly tucked them behind her ears.Managing to caress her earlobe slightly as he did so.And Radhika instantly felt the tingling sensations that his slightest touch evoked.

She had no idea what he was talking about at that moment.And she was sure he was drunk.Cause Arjun sir would never say such weird things in his right mind.What was he talking about?!!What about her or him?!Did something happen to him?!

She tried to study his face from her lying position,but his face was turned opposite to the moonlight,and she could not see a thing as it was in the shadow.She had run in not thinking when she saw him staggering towards the rough sea,while she was just about to enter the party,and now she was stuck again.Stuck in a situation she had done her best to avoid in the last three days.And now it seemed she was back stuck in it again.Back in square one she was.

She had to move.This position was too dangerous to be in.She knew from experience.She had to put some distance between himself and her.She tried to push him off her slightly,as she tried to get up.

"Sir let me up please.."She mumbled,but he did not budge a bit,nor did he let her move.He was still staring at her unblinkingly,as if memorizing her features..And there was something magical and mesmerizing about those dark eyes.Something was glittering in them,and when he held her gaze she could not look away.

A fire was being ignited within her too.A storm slowly brewing up,that she was trying hard to hold back.A storm she did not want to let loose at any cost.A shaky breath,left her lips,as he held her gaze,while his hand round her waist tightened,crushing her soft body closer against him.

"Don't look at me like this Radhika..God!Don't..Please.."He whispered softly before he lowered his head to kiss her soft parted lips.

And this time Radhika kissed him back,mimicking his movements as he moved his hot lips over hers..Her heart raced fast,and need jolted her system,and she revelled as she felt his heart thundering too,as he lay plastered to her soft body.

There was something different about this kiss than the first one he had given in his room..It had all the passion,and yet something more touching,that seemed to be pulling at her soul itself.Hungry,eager,and yet there was something sweet about the kiss,which made her yield..It was pure sweet torture,when he murmured sweet nothings against her lips,as he suckled and nibbled on her sensitive lips,and kissed her beautifully.That was how the kiss actually was.It was beautiful,with a raw helpless need and the cry of a lonely soul,that Radhika answered back with equal fervor..

Maybe it was the effect of the moonlight,or the sea,or him..Or everything mixed up,but Radhika only knew she was lost..This man was ensuring she was lost for good..

He moved slightly,removing his lips from hers,and nearly making her moan out in frustration,as he held both her hands in his, trapping them on either side of her body on the soft slightly gritty sand,as he leaned on top of her..

Breathing heavily,he looked down at her flushed face,and passion tinged eyes and groaned out loud.

"God!Do you have any idea,what you do to me when you look at me like that..God!Your eyes.."He hitched in a sharp breath.

"Radhika..Aise na mujhe tum dekho.."He whispered huskily,just before his hungry lips closed over hers again..Wanting more and more of her and her sweetness-letting her know with his kisses,how much he had missed her..Why,was a question he had not found the answer to as yet..

But for now,the two of them went on kissing each other under the moonlight,as waves lapped at their feet..And the world long forgotten by both of them..
