Balika Vadhu: Shashank Vyas aka Jagya to quit the show!
After Pratyusha Banerjee and Sidharth Shukla, this is the third member from the lead cast to leave the show
A few days ago, we informed you how, Shashank Vyas thought that his role in Balika Vadhu has nothing new to offer and that he was hoping to move forward. Well, he has finally taken the step and decided to call it quits. Reportedly, the actor has already put in his papers and is currently serving his three-month notice period.
A source informed a leading daily saying,"Shashank has expressed a desire to to try something new as he feels that he has slipped into a comfort zone playing the same part for so long. He has explored all shades- positive and negative - as Jagya and now wants to take up something more challenging."
The show is currently showing Kundan's (Sparsh Shrivastav) second marriage to Urmila which Akhiraj has arranged for a huge dowry. The greedy man didn't hesitate to stop the ceremonies to see what was being given by the girls parents. Nimboli, who is too innocent to understand the impending threat that Kundan's marriage proposes, is happy about the whole affair.
At the badi haveli, however, things are a little tense. First Manu runs away from home and now Dadi sa is unwell. To top it all up Ganga's clash with Anandi (Toral Rasputra) is ever increasing which is leaving Jagya in a sticky spot.
The upcoming episode will see Urmila's father confronting Akhiraj about Nimboli (Gracy Goswami)after receiving a call from Kamli (Farah Hussain). This will put him in a fix but tricky as he is, he gets out of it making an excuse. Later, when the family is back home, Harki asks Akhiraj to pay up some money to decorate Kundan's room for his first night. Though he refuses at first, he hands her the money on seeing Kundan standing at the door. And the mean lady makes Nimbolr decorate Kundan's room.
