CHAPTER 14 -BACK HOME

Next morning... when I opened my eyes.. I found sanjanaa grinning like a fool...

I frowned..and raised a little..only to retreat back with a force...onto maan...

My face landed inches away from his.. he was still sleeping...and then I noticed our position.. I was ON HIS LAP in other words all over him... My eyes popped out...and I shriked out...in horror..

Sanajana bursted out laughing soo hard...which caused maan to wake up..

I glared sanjana..But she still kept giggling while covering her mouth..

I looked down at maan...who had had whats going on look on his face... Oh my he looked soo sexy..in that state... control urself..geet I reminded myself..and immediately turned my gaze...

" um...sanjana.how r u feeling.." maan asked..sanjana... after he raised himself...But his constant gaze on me making me shudder...

" I m good maan thank you.."

"uh okay..." He stared me for a moment and then...responded " i..m outside..ill check with the doctors..."

With that he zoomed outside...and I sighed n relief.. " sanjanaaa u r sooo dead.." I pounced on her...bed..

She rolled in laughter... " awww...but u both looked soo cute together...geet really.."

Apparently her words..stirred my heart..and I blushed...

Later doc discharged sanjana..and dad asked maan to bring us home.. he drove us.. home.. I wasn't satisfied... Why didn't dad come to pick us??

As our entered our lane...my heart started beating fast due to the fear.. Sanjana held my hand..tightly..and I was convinced she was feeling the same..

Maan parked the car..and we saw dad standing there with a big smile on his...with ballons...

My smile..widened..watching him..smile...

We reached dad...and hugged hum..

" welcome home my princesses.." he kissed mine and sanjana's forehead..

Indeed he was the best dad ever !!

" maan..thank u for all the help..." Dad said to maan..

In response he just smiled...and lowered his face.. Somewhere I could see he isn't happy... which appalled me..

" No maan I really mean it.. If it wouldn't have u..neither geet nor sanjana would have be alright..today.. all because of their mother... But now.. I have set everything alright..."

We were curious to knw what did he mean...and thats when Dad turned to his.. ..

" my baby girls.. this is a new beginning for all of us..without ur mother..."

" what?" sanjana...replied...and I was still staring dad in shock..

" where did u send mom dad??' she asked... him

" sweety...before we all begin this new life..i want u all to do one favour on the women who gave u birth..."

Both of us nodded..Dad was soo vulnerable his eyes were shinning with tears but yet there was something which was strange...

" u r mother.. she...did commit a crime.. But for my sake..could u forgive her??she wont be here..she wont live with us..and she is where she is suppose to be..."

" will u..forgive ur mom..for me.." Dad held my cheek...and caressing it lovingly..I could feel his love for me...

My eyes watered...i didn't knw whether I would forgive her.. But ..i will never go against dad...

" yes..dad..we will.." I looked in his eyes...and hugged him... I knw my dad will never do anything without a purpose and if he wants us to forgive mom..we will.. I trusted him blindly...

" I m proud of u sweety...thank u ." Dad whispered in my ears..before parting..

"now lets get u both inside..." Dad uttered and held sanjana..carefully walking her inside..

Maan cleared his throat...making me aware of his presence.. I smiled.. and then walked up to him.. " thank you..maan thank u for everything..." i was very grateful to him

Maan just smirked...

" I don't want ur thanks..."

And the arrogant jack ass maan is back . my brows narrowed.. and i flinched with is attitude

" fine then..bye.." I replied tightly...before..turning...

Maan held my arm..and hauled me to himself...

"w hat the...grr" I gritted in anger... looking direct in his eyes... I was hell angry on his behavior and he seemed calm... He curled up his long fingers..and pushed my scattered curls..on my face..

Once again...i stomach flipped with his touch...and then it wasn't over..he bend closer to me...dragging his lips to my ear

" I want a date with u... this Friday..sharp @7 instead of..ur...thanks.." I heard him say...before he withdrew himself...

I had my eyes closed...and when I snapped them open I found him gone..

" gosh..was I dreaming??" I blurted...in confusion..biting my lower lip..

May be no..as my heart still was buzzing inside my chest signalling me..that IT WAS TRUE!

" A DATE WITH HIM??" my jaw dropped recalling his words
