Katrina Kaif hasn't confirmed a film with Jackie Chan yet' - Official Spokesperson

Tinsel town is abuzz with reports of Katrina Kaif signing her first international film Kung Fu Yoga', co-starring Jackie Chan. The reports suggest that the action-adventure will be directed by Hong Kong based filmmaker Stanley Tong, who had earlier helmed the Jackie Chan classic, Rumble in the Bronx'.

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the 31-year-old actress will play an Indian professor at a Chinese university. Chan plays a Chinese archaeologist who enlists her help to unearth treasures from the Magadha era. The two set out on a treasure hunt, which begins in the dynasty of King Bimbisara. He ruled the Magadh empire from around 542 BC to 492 BC. He was known for his cultural achievements and was a great friend and protector of Gautam Buddha.

However, Katrina's spokesperson denied the news and said, "Katrina is yet to take a decision on the film. Nothing is confirmed as of yet."

Meanwhile, Katrina is currently busy shooting for 'Fitoor' and 'Jagga Jasoos'.

In hollywood movie you need accent for people even to understand what you are saying. Like how priyanka is getting trained on her accent for her american tv show.

Oh please, you don't need an American/British/etc. accent to be understood...you have to be articulate and you don't need an American/Britsh/etc accent to be so, per se. Irrfan Khan comes to mind, he doesn't have an American accent and neither do I think he was trained for one for Jurrasic World yet he speaks so clearly and coherently.

Irfaan khan is in different league altogether. He has made name for himself in Hollywood. If american accent wasnt required ,why were pc and anil got trained in american accent. I think we need to leave it on makers to figure it out what they are looking for.
