its so fake and over dramatic . I'm a mother of 2 teens, I'm sure no one screamed that much during their labour. Rotten tomatoes scene I'll say - not funny at all!

Guys getting panicky...tht ws fine!! Raman unaware of anything is totally absurd. Nd vandus reactions were over dramatic as she is already a mother of shravu nd she knws hw it all going to happen. Personally i didnt like the epi. As usual karan ws doing is job perfectly.abhishek too ws gud!! Tht lady doctor ws tooo much!! I dont think her scream was only coz of pain.. She was unsure of her safe and sound delivery and that has added on to her pain.. Her screaming was totally justified..
