It is too early to guess - but given BV creatives love for repetition, Urmi's story may as well be like Gauri or Padma. Padma's story was perhaps lifted from Rangili of Na Ana Is des lado. Now Urmi may be like Padma - being pampered by all in Akhera family and will join hand in torture of Nimboli.
