However SLB or the actors won't confirm it for some time to make sure the film gets some publicity with this clash news.

X-mas?? Nope, it wont stand a chance against Dangal.
Eid is already booked for Raees.
Diwale has Shuddhi and you can bet the next Salman movie will have that date as well.
Any random date?? I fail to see how that would be an advantage over releasing on 25th dec this year.
A budget of around 150 crores needs a holiday season or a holiday release date to make money.

It should release Diwali 2016. I doubt Shuddhi will finish by then. Alia the Bachcha got injured so that'll delay Kapoor and Sons a bit. She's doing Ayan's film, that should be starting next year too. They should take their chances against Shuddhi 😆 I would put my hopes on BM over Shuddhi, that's all.

@arsal Salman went out of Shuddhi & recommended Varun. If Shuddhi would release Diwali 2016, why would he take that date. If he has the guts, take a non-holiday date 😆

Salman say hi. Raess on Eid, Dangal on X-mas; that leaves Diwali. So you can bet Salman will have that date locked for his next; whatever it is.

Maybe they will release it in the first half of the year then.. Jan 26, Feb 14 or Aug 15?

He didn't go out of Shuddhi neither did he recommend Varun.

And Salman wont show guts to anyone. Why should he?? If anything its better to release a movie on Diwali to just troll Karan. There is noway Diwali wont have a big release. If Salman doesn't have a movie next year; expect Shahrukh to postpone Fan.

Oh and I forgot. Ajay has a movie coming out on that date as well. There was news about it a some days ago here.

Ajay did the same with SOS and it earned the same as JTHJ

These days content is the king. After weekend sab content pe hai. JTHJ struggled to cross 100cr due to poor content. If BM has a good WOM it will sustain..saawariya was just a terrible movie
