He'll obviously blame himself and only himself... after all, having not seen through Radha's pretence for his grandfather's sake despite loving her so deeply would be unforgivable for him.

He will realise that what he thought to be heartbreak and pain till now is nothing compared to what he'd feel then.

I have a feeling (or rather a wishful thinking) that he won't be able to face Radha properly. She will make him face her, and get over it all.
