"Mind your words Mr Raman Bhalla...!"


Mihika roared on top of her voice. Raman replied in even more zealous tone, "You be in your limit Miss Mihika Iyer!"


Mihika: "I will not...I just won't let you do this to my akka."


Raman: "And FYI I'm not gonna do that what you're thinking! Laxmi is such a girl whom I want to get married to and I want her so BADLY."


Mihika: "You want every girl so badly in your..."


*SLAP*SILENCE*


Raman: "Yehi mera javab hai."

[This is my answer]


Mihika: "How dare you...!"

Raman: "Oh really...! How dare (Poking his finger at her forehead like a gun) YOU...! You can't talk about Raman Bhalla like that."


Mihika: "Whatever...! But you're that's what I've just told you!"


Raman: Calming down, "Listen...I'm not playing with you or your akka. I really want to marry her. I won't ever cheat her. Because I don't wanna be like my papaji...Are you getting me...?"


Mihika: "I understood...but (Sternly) I can't let my akka marry a murderer!"


Raman: "I DIDN'T KILL MIHIR DAMN IT!!!"


Mihika: "No I won't believe you. Ap shayad Mihir ke family ko manipulate kar sakte hai...Mujhe nahin."

Raman: Miserably, "It was an accident...Trust me...It was...Agar Abhi nahin hotha toh shayad main bhi.."

[Stop your nonsense. Where are you bring the matter!]


Mihika: "I don't wanna hear any explanations. Main bas yeh chahta hun ki ap meri akka ko chod do...Varna sab ko bataadungi...Bahut bhari padega ap par!"

[I just want you to leave my akka. Else I'll tell everyone. It'll be hard for you]


Raman: Crinkling his eyebrows, "Mummiji? Tujhe kya pata...huh? Mimmiji ko sab kuch pata hai...She know that I'm not guilty. And Laxmi..tell her. You'll make it easy for me."

[Mummiji knows everything]


Mihika: "You're impossible! But see, Toshi aunty se toh mujhe koyi lena-dena nahin. I want my akka and amma to be away from you. Safe!"

[I don't care about Toshi aunty]

Raman: Clutching her cheeks in his one hand digging his nails in it in anger, "YOU CAN'T TAKE THEM AWAY FROM ME! ESPECIALLY LAXMI!"


Mihika: Smirking, "So Raman Bhalla ka weak point meri akka hai!"

[So my akka is RKB's weakness]


Raman: Leaving her abd evading her eyes, "Wha...what? What you mean?"


Muhika: Throws her hands upwards laughing out loud and mocks at him, "OMG...! See your face! You're in so much LOVE!"


Raman: Getting irritated, "Stop your blah-blah. There is nothing like that!"


Mihika: "Oho...? So you don't care if she marries someone else? Then hear me out...you cannot have her...EVER! Three days are enough for me to play my card."


Raman: "Hmm?"


Mihika: "See how she slips out of your hands when you returns!"


Raman: With an evil grin rubbing his nose and holding his inehand on his his waist, "Well...voh kya haina...Raman Bhalla ko is baat ka shayad pata nahin hoga ki voh kisse pyar karte hai...Lekin kisse nahin voh ache tarah pata hai"

[You know what...Maybe Raman Bhalla doesn't know whom he loves but he very well knows whom he hates]


With that he rammed out of the room to the living area leaving behind a bemused Mihika.


IN THE LIVING ROOM


Raman came infuriated making the crowd there stood up astounded. Ishita was counting her fingures time and again to confront the obvious. He looked at Ishita for a split second but she bended down her face.


"Main Mumbai nahin jaa raha hun"

[I'm not going to Mumbai]


He declared earning confused looks from everyone. Mihika who was descending stop there in shock.


Toshi: "Kyun puttar? Ki hoya?"

[What happened son?]


Raman: "Mummiji...mera aur Romi ka baat hua dha...usne bola ki papa mujhse milna nahin chahti."

[I've talked to Romi. He told me that papa doesn't want to meet me]


Toshi: With teary eyes, "Maaf karde puttar...tera papa aise hi hai pehale se hi..kuch bolte hai...aur karta kuch aur...Tum abhi se mat jaana unke paas..."

[Sorry son. Your papa is like that. Says something and does something. Don't go to him from now on]


Raman: "No...aisi baat nahin hai mummiji...kisi aur din milte hai...vaise unse milna ya na milne se mujhe koyi farak nahin."

[Nothing like that Maa. I'll meet him some other day. And it doesn't have a change whether I meets him or not]


Mihika: Sheepishly, "Sach main papa ap se milna nahin chahta yaa phirap ..."

[Your papa really don't want meet you or...]


Madhavi: Cutting her short, "Vaye mood Miku! Pavam...kitna sad hai...aur tum uska mazak uda rahe ho!"

[Shut up Miku. Poor how sad is he...you're making fun!]


She hug Raman who made a sad puppy face at her. Mihika looked on shocked while he smirked at her making a thumps down sign which she only noticed.


RAMAN'S POV


When Mihika entered all my courage drained away. I stood there nervously replying to her queries not letting her see my eyes. Not because I'm afraid or guilty, but I can't face that again. I can't hear someone calling me Mihir's Murderer.As expected, our talks came to the point I feared.


She thinks I'm the culprit which I'm not. It was an accident. The first day I saw her I was sure that it is an impending meeting. The rudeness in her voice when she told me her name was a warning.


FLASHBACK

BEFORE ONE YEAR

IN A PARTY


Raman had given the BEST YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR AWARD. He dedicated the award to the efforts of his best buddies and partners; Abhi and Mihir. Raman got busy with some clients and experienced business moguls while Abhi and Mihir spend their time by flirting and drinking. Mihir was one such a fellow who flirts a lot but never goes overboard whereas Abhi tried his best not to be out of the scenario but in vain. Mihir was madly in love with Mihika Iyer which only Raman knows.


It was after half an hour that Raman noticed Mihir's absence in the party. He inquired Abhi about the same and he replied that he might be with some girl.


Raman: "He would have told me. Let's find him out. Common."


When Raman and Abhi reached the rooftop to find Mihir, they saw him standing on the edge were is no parapet. Abhi and Raman looked on horrified at the view. He was on call with someone.


Mihir: "I LOVE YOU SOOO MUCH MIKU..."


At the same time Raman called him from behind making him turn to him. His sly smile when he saw Raman turned into horror imbalancing himself. Raman ran to him while he dropped down to the ground like a lost leaf calling out his name his name a third person other than Abhi and Raman heard: Mihika.


"RAMAN BHAI...FORGIVE ME!!!"

Abhi followed a frantically running Raman and caught him before he could have jumped. He forcefully made Raman lay there for some time to coax him. Both of them were horrified. Abhi brought Raman to a room to make him understand the situation were both of them might get caught as per the circumstances.

Raman wasn't listening to him but crying out loud. But the power and money of Raman Bhalla made it easy for him to come out of the knot easily albeit it was not his mistake. He blamed himself for everything.

"Only if I didn't call him then...He would have been with me...!"

RAMAN'S POV


I knew she was upto something. I wanted to clear everything between us; in the party. But she was adamant. Ignoring me althrough. Then Laxmi's entry with Abhi made it even worse. I can't control my feelings when it comes to Laxmi.


She rules over me and my everything...!


Why can't she just hear me out? And she was warning me about separating me and Laxmi! Why did I react that way? Why can't I think of losing her?


Is it LOVE?


She said that I'm in Love. But why can't I feel the difference? I feels the same push towards her the way I feels for other women. No...She is not like others! Well...She is not..!


What I mean?


I don't understand what I'm feeling. I felt my stomach is melting when I thought of parting from her. Is that just a physical need? I need to find it out soon.


At any cost!
