Episode starts with Ishu scolding Adi's friends and asks them to stay away from him.. She tells Adi that he needs to make good friends but Adi back answers her saying that they are his friends and he'll deal with them.. He says that Shagun mom never interfered in his life unlike her.. Ishu gets teary eyed and drags him back home..
Vandu and Mihika come to Cafe where they see ACP with a girl and Mihika gets jealous thinking she is his GF and that he didnt tell her.. She goes to confront him and he lies to her that the girl with him Shalini is his GF which shocks Shalini as well.. Mihika asks why he didnt inform her when he tells that he doesnt share his personal life secrets with his friends and that they were just friends before and now love each other.. Shalini also plays along.. Mihika is jealous but takes it in and leaves asking him to carry on..
Shalini calls ACP sir and asks him why he lied and didnt tell that she's also a police officer and that she's married?? ACP says its fun and that he wanted to just make her jealous.. Vandu notices Mihika being jealous and smiles.. At Raman's office his investors ask him to use illegal ways to increase profits but Raman refuses saying he will get the required profits but only in legal way.. The investor feels insulted but Raman stands by his decision saying he's teaching ethical business.. investor leaves and mihir worries, but Raman asks him not to and that they will see it later..
At the cafe, ACP and Shalini catch hold of the drug dealers for which they were there.. a fight ensures and one of them puts gun on vandu's head.. Mihika asks them to save vandu and ACP smartly throws a bottle which hits his head and he falls.. Another round of fight follows and finally goons are taken away.. Mihika thanks him but he shows attitude asking why thanks as it was his duty..
Ishu tells Raman the matter and says that Adi was angry when she explained.. Raman explains her that though she was right she shoudlnt have scolded him infront of his friends.. Ishu says fine you both are right and im wrong when Raman says no you both are right and im always wrong.. Raman gets call for a meeting and is happy and thanks lord for it.. he asks her to patch up but she asks him to come home and explain Adi..
Vandu tells Bala about the Cafe incident and praises ACP which makes Bala jealous.. Vandu tells about how she saw mihika also getting jealous and says she feels Mihika is developing feelings for ACP.. Shalini thanks ACP and also tells him that she saw Mihika feeling bad when he mentioned her being his GF.. ACP thinks mihika got jealous and thinks to meet her..
Ashok talks to same investor and tells about how Raman was his employee and now how he's trying to teach but the investor tells him off saying its between him and Raman and he'll handle it.. His wife praises Raman saying he personally called and invited vinnie to party and said he will personally take care of her.. He tells his wife that Raman was with him in conference and it cant be possible and calls vinnie to ask..he questions vinnie and gets to know it was Adi who called.. Ashok again tries provoking him against Raman..
At dinner table everyone ask about Adi and Ishu tells that he'll eat in his room.. Toshiji asks them to sort this matter soon.. just then the investor comes and tells Raman that he spoke about principles in office and he couldnt teach his kids any thing?? He tells about Adi calling which shocks Ishu and Raman.. They defend Adi saying he doesnt lie but investor asks them to call Adi to ask but they lie that he isnt at home.. Investor calls his daughter who is in car.. Vinnie comes and Ishu identifies her as the same girl who was provoking Adi..
Investor argues with her and says its Adi who is wrong.. Raman asks Vinnie to speak and she tells about Adi calling as Raman and speaking to her mom for permission.. Investor taunts Raman and leaves.. Ishu calls Adi but Raman says he'll handle this..

Raman isnt so serious about the matter while Ishu pesters him to talk to Adi.. He finally agrees and talks to Adi and explains that Ishu wasnt wrong as she doesnt say anything without reason.. Adi agrees but says that with what she did everyone would think he's a mumma's boy..
