CVs must remember Ruqaiah and Salima are Jalal's cousins first and then his wives. Which cousin although he may not truly love his cousins in wife sense will tolerate his favourite wife attacking cousins and uncles and his family? Have you not heard blood is thicker than water always, same way family is family especially blood relation. You may hate them fight with them scream and humiliate them but if someone else does that you shall immediately close ranks and defend them tooth and nail. Because their disgrace means your family disgrace. Ruqaiah and Salima belong to Mughal family to which Akbar also belongs and he shall not allow any other wife no matter jodha to humiliate them

Jodha commenting on Hindal Mirza as bagoda etc and talking of Jalal-Ruqaiah marriage as political was not only cheap but incorrect. Jalal married Ruqaiah not only for Hindal Mirza estates but because she was his cousin and was orphaned at young age. It was more a family decision than political or property related. Ruqaiah had no close family and alone and hence was married to Jalal so she gets protection in society.

Even more worst was Jodha taking Salima name in ek vachan - after all Salim must be atleast 3-4 years elder to Jodha. Even an Akbar will maintain that elderly respect for someone elder to him although she is his wife.
