Thapki's dressing style...for office

Okay So I think what Thapki's wears is very pretty. Like her dresses are designed in a pretty way and they really suit her. But the problem is why does she wear these Chamkilay type of clothes to the office. like I think it is important to dress up like a office person. Like she doesnt have to wear a mini skirt and go against her traditions but she can wear a jean and t shirt. Even her sister wears it. Her dress is very awkward for a office...I know this is just a serial. but I always see this in other dramas too. Where girls are wearing these chamkilay clothes in office. Like they dont have to dress sooo modern like the others. But a little bit is very important.
