Hi, Well at times, we do not realize till what extent should things be same to not be called plagiarism .. as Neha... said.. she thought giving it her own touch to story, will not be problem, that was her assumption, which got cleared today, but we very well know it was still a mistake... and not yet a crime, as you said...
However, comparing it to a dubbed movie or copied movies, mostly there is always a note to orginal creator or permissions are exchanged...
Just wanted to clear that...
