I am now happy that it was not a bad idea to ask you to continue it. Bcz if that OS was a silver cup this 5s is a platinum cup.
If you ever ever get time plz write an epilogue to it. Its ur wish you wanna add a miracle wali pregnancy or that live just like that I am ok with both.

hey everyone! I have a small epilogue for this story I just wrote up quickly since I got one exam done, only 2 more left! So in my happiness of being done with history for now, here is the ending for this story! Enjoy...

She walked into the bedroom and tip-toed to the sleeping duo. As expected he was sleeping peacefully while embracing her into a protective hug while she had her head rested on his chest and embraced him tightly.

"MOM! DAD!"

Ishita woke up with a start hearing her voice and tried to pull herself from her husband's embrace, but he wouldn't let go and pulled her closer to him mumbling...

"Don't go darling..."

"Raman, Ruhi..."

"It's a weekend, let her sleep and you stay with me." He nuzzled into her neck as she looked embarrassed and didn't make eye contact with their daughter. She shook him gently and whispered look up. Excited as to what was in store for him, he opened his eyes to find Ruhi sitting on the bed as she screamed "dad" in his ears.

"Wha...What?! What happened?" he sat up the bed confused and looked at Ishita who just shrugged back.

"I am so mad at you two!" she stood up angrily.

"Why Ru? What did we do? I'm sure it was your mom again right?" he smirked at Ishita before turning to Ruhi seriously.

"Raman!" she smacked his arm and he faked pain. Ruhi shook her head at the childish behaviour of her parents and put her hands on her hip...

"It's the both of you! You guys forgot my birthday! You know I am 7 years old now?!"

She crossed her arms looking away with a pout on her face. Both Ishita and Raman looked relieved and smiled at each other as Raman made Ruhi sit in his lap.

"Your daughter is just like you Raman! Gets angry without knowing anything."

"Ishita!" he looked shocked at his wife's who just winked at him secretly from their daughter..

"Stop it you two! And why shouldn't I be mad?" Ruhi interfered.

"Because your dad and I have a special surprise for you this year for your birthday. We even came to your room at 12 and wished you when you were sleeping." She pinched Ruhi's cheek as her face light up hearing the word surprise.

"Sorry I fell asleep...so what is the surprise?" She looked up at her dad and asked him.

"First go brush, have breakfast and then we can see your surprise." Ishita ordered her.

"Dad please give me my present...please" she pouted at him making puppy eyes that melted his heart each time. He turned to Ishita to tell her to give the presents to her, but Ishita was no less than their daughter as she knew Ruhi was using her mother's tricks on Raman. She looked at Ruhi giving her the motherly death stare making Ruhi get off the bed and rush to brush her teeth. Raman asked Ishita why she made Ruhi upset on her birthday to which she replied

"I don't like anyone else having you wrapped around their fingers besides me."

"Oh wow! Jealous that I listen to my daughter more than you."

"Our daughter Raman!"

"Of course...our daughter." Ishita smiled and his lips curved as she didn't seem too affected by his slip.

As she walked away to get ready, he followed her to give her the first round of sweet tortures since he knew she would be busy with Ruhi today. He couldn't believe his own thoughts as he seemed to be jealous of their daughter. Now he understood what she had just said a few minutes about. They must be the first couple to be jealous of their children, he chuckled to himself as he walked over to Ishita and hugged her from behind nuzzling her and kissing her neck gently before she managed to slip out of his arms.

He came out of their room an hour later as Ishita was trying to get Ruhi to eat, but she was insisting to get her present before. Ishita was tired of her stubbornness and told her as soon as she finished eating, she would get her present. The trio sat eating as Ishita and Raman watched their daughter eat faster than she had ever eaten before. As they all finished eating, well Ruhi did and her parents left their breakfast halfway to give her the surprise.

They took her to her room and as she sat on the center of the bed, she asked for the umpteenth time for her gift. Ishita and Raman sat on both side and pretended to be in deep thoughts. Ruhi asked them what they were thinking when Raman spoke up...

"Today we have 3 presents for you, but who should give you a present first."

"You Dad!"

"What about me?" Ishita spoke up.

"Umm, do rock paper scissors!" she tried to snap her fingers as her parents laughed at her innocence. They both laughed at her childish ideas, but went along with it as she was happy with it. As Raman won, he smirked at her...

"See I'm first!"

"I don't care! My present is better anyways even if she gets it second."

"Whatever!"

"So what do you have for me?" Ruhi excitedly waited for him as he walked out of the room and came back with a huge box.

She opened the shiny pink wrapping with animated expressions. Her happiness went out of bounds as she found a dollhouse she had been wanting for so long. She gave Raman a huge hug as Ishita walked out and came back with another gift. She was equally excited as she opened the gift to find 2 dolls that would go with her doll set. She gave Ishita a hug as well and Ishita boasted about it to Raman who pulled out another gift from underneath the bed. The two girls laughed at his antics before Ishita realized he was about to give Ruhi the next gift. She reached over and snatched the box from his hands

"Ruhi! It's my turn now and look at your mom."

"It's not fair, you will get another hug from Ruhi."

"Stop!" Ruhi leaned over and took the box that was in between the two of them...

"See I took it from both of you." She said as she proceeded to place a kiss on both her parents' cheeks.

She opened up the smaller box and found a bell for a bicycle.

"Mom, dad what is this? I don't even have a bike."

"Are you sure?" Ishita asked.

Ruhi looked at her smiling parents confused at what they were trying to say. Raman picked her up and carried her outside while Ishita walked by their side. As they got to their driveway, he placed Ruhi on the ground and pointed to the bicycle in the corner of the house. The little apple of their eyes ran over her favourite gift from them today. Ishita helped her get up and get started while Raman made sure the bike was okay and they both helped her start riding the bike. In less than an hour, she was starting to ride the bike herself and they both slowly let their hands move away from holding her. Ishita hesitated as she kept on putting her hands on her back worried about her falling down, but Raman assured her he was right behind her. They both watched her ride the bike independently until she stumbled and they both rushed to grab her before she fell. Ishita checked her for any wounds while Raman shook his head Ruhi looked up at him. Ishita kept on asking her if she was okay...

"Mom, Dad says it's okay to fall."

"See Ishita, Ruhi is a big 7 year old girl now! So you liked the present beta?" he said distracting both mother and daughter from the fall.

"I loved it. Thank you!"

"Happy Birthday Ruhi!" They both kissed her cheeks making her burst into a fit of giggles...

"I love you Mom and Dad!"

"We love you too..." Ishita replied.

"And each other!" he winked at his blushing wife.

As they watched their daughter happily play and helped her ride her bike, the passing by people just looked at them enjoying as a happy family, and no one could ever look at them and tell this was a couple celebrating their adopted daughter's birthday...

Beautiful ending to a wonderful story.

While reading in the beginning I thought the treatment was successful and they got a baby but the last line took the cake for me they adopted her it was such a nice thought.

The family moment was nice
