It is interesting to see how Akhera's behaviour changes according to person and situation (same was DS earlier). He treats women in the family very badly, but is soft on his sister. He remained humble in front of Jatashankar (because he is ladke ka father) but treated his sister's husband rudely because that person was a nice guy. Perhaps Akhera would have remained humble with him if his sister's husband was also like Akhera. Now that he has seen Pushkar (and his mother) eager to see Kamli as beendni - he may again change and try to get upper hand in this relation also.

While I don't agree that Kamili is doing a great favour to Nimboli by getting married to Pushkar I think Akheraj is majorly pissed off with the groom's father's behaviour.

Pushkar and his mother are very excited about the marriage while Pushkar's father thinks he is doing a great favour to Akhiraj and his daughter by agreeing for marriage.

He has seen this discordance in their attitude towards the alliance and he plans to cash on this discordance.

He already said money is tight so he may want to get his money back from them
