Well I know Ekta has her own medical journal (where some pregnancies last for two months and others for twelve-remember Kasam Se?). She now seems to have her own almanac. When Janmashtami is celebrated on September 3 by the rest of India, she has her troops celebrate it on September 6. It is not that she is not aware of the dates. Remember Alaap mutters to himself, today is September 6, when he reads Sukruti's diary. It is on the same day they are seen to be celebrating Janmashtami.

^ ^ 😆

But its quite commendable, atleast Diwali ke time pe Janmaashtami nahin lagaya...
But I have to admit, I find it really commendable that all Indian festivities are always portrayed in such a detailed and important manner in her shows... and as close to the actual dates... keep in tempo with the actual celebrations in town! 😊

Agree...she loves keeping the festival spirit alive even after the festival is over...😆

Arre..yeh ekta ka land hai! Dates get shifted around!! See, i am pretty sure for diwali she will do the same!!
How much do you all wanna bet!

But as sareeta said, i am happy that she shows all important indian festivals in such detail as we sometimes forget the importance of them in our lives.. 😳
