if we go back to when he entered Bollywood he wasn't ugly but just an normal ordinary looking guy with a sword face, that sword face made him look a deadly scary villain in his early films. but as time has passed srk has started to look better in appearance, he wasn't a model type person but he has become better looking with the rich and money he has spent. I realised he has hidden makeup on his face which changes his real appearance.
